I went in here and was charged by mistake for an item by the cashier. I was so confused but the friendly staff and very approachable manager. They tool care of my issue fast and easy. The woman at customer service was absolutely wonderful. I will definitely shop here again!

Caitlin who helped me in sephora is a delight. She always informs me of deals and gives her honest opinions which males me want to buy more! Many times I would be lied to by associates that an item looks good on me only to find I look like a circus freak that escaped a nut house. 😅 her honesty is so greatly appreciated 👏 she takes times to go through budget friendly options and more premium items.

Overall, I had such a wonderful experience and would shop here again.

Mary was our checkout person. She was very patient, friendly, efficient and helpful. we had some questions which she answered correctly and she applied our coupons and printed our Kohls bucks. Great job!

I was desperately looking for a suit for my husband in the Milford Ma location! Tough to find help BUT I stopped this young man in his tracks he was busy doing other work related things by the name of Jacob, I will say of ALL of the associates I’ve dealt with in the Milford location HE, Jacob by far exceeded my expectations he was friendly, professional extremely helpful I will say MORE helpful than the associate at your service desk she pretty mush fluffed me off for lack of a better term! Because of Jacob I was able WITH HIS help to order my husband $175 suit jacket! If I could give this young man a solid 10 I would! Thank you Jacob for making my experience an awesome one! I hope this young man gets the recognition he so deserves!! Thank you

Kohl's in Milford rocks! All the associates are pleasantly glad to assist u. If u can't finger ur size, color etc. They go out of their way to find it, or help u with the kiosk. The kiosk takes your order & ships right to ur door - for free!!

Recently remodeled. Fitting rooms have been reopened post COVID. Many great sales to be had + Kohl's cash and discounts. Men's summer clothing selection is very big with many name brands great size selection and awesome prices.

Huge, biggest Kohl's I've been to. Didn't have a ton of time to explore. Found a ton of options for the item I needed but ultimately purchased what I needed online after finding the right fit in store.

Convenient store with great customer service. I appreciate the brands they have available to purchase.
