Culver’s

Delicious food! Butter burgers are fire, juicy and tender. Their cheese curds are tasty. Most of all their frozen custard is beyond a tasty treat! Then to top it off their in house root beer is the best root beer next to Barqs. Stop in there and grab some food.

Your foods great but my brain was fixated on something I'm editing this to not include the name of because it doesn't feel right. You make good food. It was fast and what we ordered.

Always Great Service With Friendly smiles. This place is always busy but you don't have to wait a long time to get your food. The Quality of food seems much better than their competition.

Very fast, very fresh and delicious. This particular Culver's (Otsego Michigan) is always clean, always fast, the workers are very happy and courteous. I would say that Culver's is the gourmet of fast food burgers and the dine in experience with delicious desserts

Very fast and friendly at the drive through and have actually had them at my vehicle with my food before I could put my truck in park. Inside is much nicer than Most fast food places and ya don't stand in line very long or at all they are quick. BUT lately they have been really getting chincy, I ordered a mushroom and swiss with extra mushrooms on the side and an order of onion rings. My burger came to me with no mushrooms on it and the onion rings were a bunch of pieces that didn't have onion in th and the little bag was not even half full . I didn't notice until I got home, I was enraged and got in my truck and hurried back down there. They did right by me I thought, my burger had mushrooms on it but there was something odd with my burger patty. I could see through it. It was so thin that I could literally see through it. .. bottom line they aren't what you hey used to be. The dad thing is that was the last time I was there about two weeks ago and guess what? The exact same thingç happened tonight with the same peoplç

My family loves the custard here! So smooth and creamy. It's definitely not the healthiest place to eat but it's so good you almost don't care. We just started going to Culver's a couple months ago and we have only good things to say. This location is on there game, the employees are great as well!

I had been to a few Culver's and they are nice but this one was great. I went with my mom and another family member and they helped get us the best every step of the way. They were patient and helped us customize a meal or two to fit our needs and cravings. The lobby was clean and constantly being checked for any items needing refilled. My mom who is handicapped got help and didn't even have to ask. Everyone smiled and the real customer service was a breath of fresh air. With today's customer service experience changing, and if Culver's doesn't change what they are doing, I will for sure be coming back time and time again. Thank you Culver's for making our experience a pleasant one.

I can't say enough about the great friendly service! Our food was fast, hot, delicious, and no odrder mistakes. The chicken tenders aren't covered with that thick hard stuff like most places so the kids can actually eat these. Crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside! We will be coming here more often when we visit family here!

I haven't been to a Culver's in 5 years. I told that to the guy at the register. My meal was excellent. I think his name was Josh. Super good customer service

Always love when PUMPKIN is back on the menu! Did wait about 15 mins to get 1 concrete mixer and watched others behind me get their food first before me. Other than that I always love and enjoy the food!

Food was great but we were in the drive through and they forgot to give us all of our food so we called back and try he management was very professional and quickly gave us our missing food promptly and of good quality. Thank you Culver's.
