Herberholz & Co PC

UPDATE: IRS confirms that Herberholz & Co. PC filed an extension on our behalf until October & that our taxes have not been filed yet. WHAT??? WHY? Everything was completed in early April and we were told that he would file everything electronically. The check for tax preparation services was cashed, however. We feel HUGE REGRET in utilizing this "company". I wish I could give this NO stars - the number of dollars we have received out of our tax refund or the number of times this guy has returned our phone calls. Last year, we did not receive our return until Fall even though they were allegedly filed on time, electronically. This year, we have no information regarding our return. The IRS has no information for us and despite multiple phone calls to Gary's office, he has not phoned back. We don't even know what date he actually filed them - if at all. When we call the office, the phone answer person states that "he is not in...I don't know when he will be in ... I can't answer that ... I'm just going to have you talk to Gary". When asked when that might be, "I don't know, but, I'll give him your message."
