Can I just give a shout-out to Ivan in the service department? Talk about world-class service. This man makes it look easy. Always has a friendly, can-do attitude with a calm demeanor. And let me give another shout-out to Felicia/Felisha in the quick lane center. She took a difficult experience and turned it into a win. Wow! These employees are examples of how to take care of your customers.

Always great service! If you don’t have an appointment you may have a bit of a wait but it’s worth it. I started coming here about 5 years ago after several bad experiences at a different Ford quick lane.

Felicia is the best! She always makes sure I'm well taken care of. She keeps me updated while I'm waiting for my vehicle to be serviced. They always do a great job servicing my vehicle and I've never had a problem after. I usually receive fast and efficient service here. Thanks, Quick Lane staff. Staff is very helpful and professional. I bought my car from Avis Ford and always bring it back here for oil changes, or maintenance, I use my Ford App usually when I have points to pay for my oil change, love it. Went to Avis Ford quick lane this morning got me in and out in a timely manner, I always leave happy .

Fantastic service! Took my car in for an oil change and it was very quick even though they were busy. Waiting room was full.
The person helping me was really nice and explained my Ford pass points to me. She made sure I understood the process and what I could use the points for other than oil changes. I'll be back here for my next oil change!!

I live 30 minutes away and still drive to this Quick Lane for service. They treat you like family, are honest and straightforward, and best of all give outstanding service every time you walk in the door. Don’t go anywhere else!

They take good care of my baby. Maintenance is key to extending life- animate and inanimate. I depend on their judgment to let me know the condition of my car, and what future services I need to schedule, so that performance is in tip top shape. The staff is friendly and they go over the inspection report with you for you to make an informed decision. The last time I got an oil change, I was long overdue, because COVID. At that point, my front brakes were at 0mm. I'm happy that that the manager accommodated me to get them replaced the next day. Highly appreciated it.

A great visit! Staff not too busy at all, mid-afternoon on a Wednesday.
Only one other customer in waiting room when I arrived at 3:30 pm for oil change, tire rotation, etc. - the 65,000-mile maintenance. I was done and out the door at about 5:00.
Staff was super-nice, attentive. Waiting-room spotless, with coffee and doughnuts and annoying TV. Restroom was clean and well kept.

Last time I was in, I worked with James who explained everything going on with my vehicle clearly and thoroughly. I felt confident they were doing the necessary work to keep my vehicle safe and in good condition. I've been going here for years for oil changes and I've never had a bad experience. Plus they have a punch card and every 5th oil change is free!

Staff was friendly. I was in and out within a reasonable time. All the work that was done on my vehicle was explained to me

I went in on a Saturday, unaware that they were just about to close for the day, with a quick fix request to replace a broken windshield nozzle. They were able to help me even though they were no longer taking any more cars for the day. I was in and out in 5 minutes. Wonderful!

The ladies in the quick lane dept. are awesome very accommodating and understanding. The only Ford dealer I've visited in the past 3 years.
Now as for the starter that the service dept installed (month ago)I would take away 4 of those stars. I still have to stand outside relatively close to the vehicle for it to auto start.

I will never go anywhere else. In the 5 years I’ve been coming here for my oil changes, I’ve NEVER had a bad experience. All the employees are genuinely friendly and helpful people.
