I’m so glad i found this place. I stopped because there was a little cart of bouquets outside the shop and this orange rose caught my eye. It was a lovely bouquet and the gentleman at the cart was very kind. So was the woman at the counter who packed up the flowers. Thanks for adding that beautiful purple flower too.

Amazing service and products. Don't waste your time, just go here. It's a beautiful little place, and Lee has been doing this forever and does incredible work and great customer service there! She truly has an eye for it. I showed her my daughters dress, and she came up with the perfect corsage and boutonniere combo, which is my gift to the kids. I'm so excited to see the final product! ❤

I used this flower shop for the 1st time. I'm a former flower shop owner & I wanted to say what a Great job they did. More than just flowers is how they recieved 5 stars. Starts right away with how they answered the phone, So kind, so caring & patient. Ordering was easy considering it was for my uncles funeral & I was sad & out of it. The evening I placed my order i called back late because I forgot something. I left a message. They called me back right away the next morning. VERY PROFESSIONAL! I also wanted to say the way the card was written , I didn't ask for calligraphy but they did it & it looked better than any card I've ever seen. It was the legible calligraphy. Delivered on time & fresh. Thank you for turning a sad day better for us!

We used French’s for my daughter’s wedding. 10/10 experience! Leigh is phenomenal!! She took time to meet with us and really gain knowledge of what our brides wanted. She did all centerpieces and bouquets and the extra dramatic pieces we wanted!!! Great experience!!! Highly recommend.

Chloe was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous to my family and I during our difficult time. I would have thought she has worked here since the beginning with her knowledge of flowers instead of only being there almost a year. I called a couple days ago to have flowers delivered to my mom’s house for her birthday. As a college student I have never ordered flowers before and had no idea what I was doing. I’m not sure who I spoke to on the phone, but they were extremely nice and helpful! The flowers got delivered today and my mom sent me pictures, they turned out absolutely beautiful! I will definitely order from here again the next time I need some flowers!

My goodness, these people are unbelieveable. I live in Singapore and needed to send an urgent bouquet to an address in Livonia, Michigan
to arrive no later than 1130am, 13 Oct 2021 (Livonia time) (in the middle of a zoom call). I made the purchase online at 8am asking for a delivery in 3.5 hours. At 930am, I decided to call to check if they had received my order and instructions. My call was picked up by a very chill lady. I explained where I was calling from, gave her my order number (did not repeat it) and asked if they could deliver in 1 hour 45 minutes - ie., no later than 11.15am (not 11.30am as earlier requested). I was very rushed and spoke hurriedly but the lady just said yes yes, sure throughout. I was certain she didn't understand how urgent the situation was. I did not mention the recipient's name or address. At 11.15am, our leader's husband popped in and passed her the flowers!

How incredible are they? The flowers and the chocolates were lovely. The note for the leader was accurate. I can't thank French's Flowers enough for their kindness and their excellent service.

Fantastic customer service! I ordered flowers to be delivered to a local restaurant. The restaurant opens until 4:00 pm and French’s makes their deliveries by 2 pm. I didn’t realize the scheduling problem until after I placed the order. French’s assured me they would figure it out, even if an employee had to make the delivery on the ride home! Thank you to French’s for going the extra mile. The flowers were beautiful and I absolutely appreciated the extra effort to make the delivery.

This florist did an excellent job creating two floral arrangements for a memorial service. I met with the owner and explained my vision. The final products exceeded my expectations.

The people at French's went way above and beyond to deliver my wife's birthday flowers. She works in a large office building and the security wouldn't let French's drop off the flowers because she was out of the office for a bit. French's not only did a second trip, they contacted my wife directly to set up a meeting time so she receive them directly.

When we order online they fulfill their promises to make the arrangement as close as possible and when we order in person or over the phone we’re treated with respect and our orders are always beautiful and what we wanted when we ask for specifics.

I have used many Florist in my lifetime I pay a lot of attention to detail. I’m the person who see’s the dust in the corner of a room. I have found a florist whom I know will deliver beautiful, stunning, fresh, full arrangements every time I order. Thank you Lee and your team of designers for producing floral arrangements that can compete with the best Michigan has to offer.

I just hung up the phone with the most pleasant woman, Lee. I completely forgot to order my daughter a corsage for her dance tonight. It is 10am and Lee said she'd have it done in just a couple hours! Wow! She was very polite and asked a little about my daughter to know if embellishments etc are appropriate. I can't wait to meet her and thank her face to face for saving the day this mom almost screwed up. They have certainly gained a customer for life today.

Living on other side of US and wanting to send flowers to my 100 year old grandma and my mom and having bad experience with another florist I went looking for a florist on a trip home and found French's Flowers. They have never disappointed me, I've been using them for several years and they always go above and beyond. The flowers always look beautiful. I know I can always trust them to deliver what I order. The English gardens for my Dad's celebration of life were beautiful. They gave me exactly what I asked for. The plants and flowers were all healthy and vibrant.

I called for a funeral arrangement late morning and they were able to get it there that afternoon. She was extremely helpful and friendly. I will definitely use them in the future.
