They do have appointments to unload. Call the phone number and get directions to where to unload. I unloaded a flatbed at the warehouse, which was the second entrance after you make the right off of 131 S. After you enter, drive a few feet and turn left. There will be a warehouse in front of you for vans. Then turn right and drive until you see a roll-up door and a door to walk in. Flat, curtain, and Conestogas will back inside the warehouse to be unloaded. Go inside to check in.

I worked in the warehouse occupation of the company for almost 7 years.
