Dollar General

I have been going to this store for over 15 years and have never received bad service! Manager is so awesome and all of the workers are friendly. Every store needs to have this type of customer service!

Person working the counter was fantastic. Despite the line being wrapped around the store, they were in such a good mood and we're chatty and making jokes. It made me forget I had waited in line for 20-30 minutes. Good customer service is everything, and they have it!

I love these dollar stores. Wish I invested in them years ago, although remember you get what you pay for.

The manager at this location was awesome! I am a couponer and there was a glitch in their system and coupons we're not taken off properly. The manager went through my entire order re-ringing items and reapplying coupons until it worked out properly. I was so thankful for his kindness and willingness to make things right. I will go back to this store on Plainfield before I go back to the Rockford store any day!

Super helpful. Always clean, organized and well supplied. Tonight I needed something that I couldn’t find for whatever reason. One of the workers Coda or Koda was super helpful and found out it was her first or second night at this location. Very polite and helpful. Great job 👍👍 💯 💯

Don't know the cashier name, but it was a night shift. Anytime I go in its long lines impatient customers but shes always smiling. Thank you.

Usually have $5 off $25 coupon on Saturdays, so that helps when trying to budget shop! They seem to always have what I need, and it allows me to stay away from the HUGE stores like Meijer, etc.

They didn't have what I was looking for but I didn't leave out empty handed, which was good. You can always find what u need and for great prices.

I find lot's of stuff for my room their an awesome quilted bedspread an 2 pillow shams very pretty.

This store is always stockpiled cheapest price on the most needed items friendly and helpful

Line always knocked out quick if there is one..neatly stocked not messy.

Dollar General has many of our basic household needs cheaper than other stores plus its smaller size means less time in the store getting things we need.

Staff were very kind and thoughtful, asked me if I needed help

I think it has nice service but a little traffic when you get inside
