I had an outstanding experience at W. Optical! Maria and Mari provided exceptional assistance in fixing my glasses. My frames were in terrible condition, constantly falling off my head. Thanks to their expert help, they now fit perfectly. Their warm welcome, helpful attitude, and constant smiles made my visit truly remarkable. I highly recommend W. Optical for their top-notch service and the incredible support I received from Maria and Mari!

I waited quite sometime before I wrote my review due to circumstances beyond my control. The staff there is totally knowledgeable in what needs to happen. They are very friendly.
The tech who assisted me with glasses did a pair of industrials for my eyes. This is the first year in 10 years I have NOT had to take off my glasses to see my computer. And the first time in a very long time I have not had a headache from my computer. If you are having trouble like I was? THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO!!!
I will be in soon for another pair and to update if needed the pair I have.

The staff and the doctors are wonderful. Myself and my young children all feel very comfortable there. Has a very good family feel to it. I recommend.

I had an accident with my glasses. They ended up bent and unwearable. I stop in on a Friday morning and the tech was very eager to help. She was able to fix my glasses and put new nose pieces on my second pair. In a matter of a minutes I was good to go. Thank you W. Optical for a well trained employee.

Very friendly and personable. Staff and doctor are very knowledgeable. I feel the pricing is competitive and fair, have a wide verity of frames in all price ranges. I went to get contacts for the first time and they taught me how to do them, also first pair was a little off after trying went back to follow up appointment and they readjusted and me another pair to try. Overall they are great and would recommend to everyone!!

My yearly checkup was a very pleasant experience. Making my appointment was easy and when I arrived I did not have to wait at all. I got my prescriptions updated and ordered new contacts. The optimistic was extremely knowledgeable and was happy to answer all my questions. They took time to explain my options and gave advice on things to watch out for in the future. I will certainly be back for subsequent checkups. Thanks!

Dr. K answered all my questions very patiently, and taught me many unknown things about eye care and vision related topics. She has a warm, friendly manner.
Anthony and Maria were super friendly and Maria went out of her way to price compare contacts for me to help me find the best deal.

Had a great experience! It was my first time having an eye exam, and the doctor made me feel very comfortable. She explained everything during the exam very well, as well as what exactly my "diagnosis" ended up being. The girls who helped me pick out my frames were wonderful- I had no idea where to even begin, but they found the perfect frames for me in no time! I'd highly recommend W Optical to anybody!

I bought a Groupon for their soft contact lens exam. It was a great deal. I was happy to see they offer online scheduling, friendly & knowledgeable staff, great selection of frames and soft contact lenses at good prices, & they price match on their contacts. I will definitely be back.

The team here is great and very helpful. Their knowledge of product was great as well. Timing was fantastic. I got an appointment foe the same day I called, and had my new glasses sooner than two weeks. I'm very happy with the result of my consultation.

Very friendly staff. I came in with my nephew an the staff there was great with us. They helped me pick out glass while trying to entertain a three year old. They were very helpful an made us feel comfortable. I would definitely send friends an family to them.

Stopped in here tonight in a whim to see if they could help with a repair. I am traveling here for work and an unexpected mishap left me with broken sunglasses. Maria was more than welcoming and extremely quick! Not only did she repair my sunglasses, she cleaned and tightened them! I was back on my way in minutes. While I am not from here, I do visit often. I briefly checked out their selection and was quite impressed with the variety of designer frames. I will be back soon to upgrade! I just hope they deliver! ;). Highly recommend W. Optical!! I hadn't been for a visit in a couple years and this was my first time with their new technology and at the new location on Alpine. It was amazing! I was so impressed at the high quality exam (both contacts and glasses) with these machines. And even though the exam felt more thorough than past years bc technology has changed, the price was still the same (bonus!). Staff was very kind, friendly and knowledgeable. Also, I went during the COVID-19 pandemic when the office was only open by appointment, and let me ease anyone's nerves - the door stayed locked until someone greeted me, it was only me and 2 staff, everyone wore a mask, I was asked to wash my hands upon entering, I completed "paperwork" via an ipad, and the new technology also means that there was zero person to person contact during the eye exam! It felt safe and the staff made it feel comfortable. Overall, GREAT experience!

Great customer service! The staff & owner made sure my prescription was accurate. Also, they helped me pick out two different pair of stylish frames that were affordable! I will be getting my sun glasses through them next!

Ok so I gave a bad review because of how rude and disrespectful the lady was. Another lady called me hours later and made this right. She went out of her way to accommodate my needs and wants and what the online website was offering. I would recommend But not the online call the store of your choice.
