Mount Hope Memorial Gardens

Carleton and Geraldine are professional, gracious, and caring. Carleton is the counselor who assisted my mom and us with the final arrangements for my dad's burial. My parents had their burial arrangements all planned out. and Carleton oversaw that everything was followed through. He's been available when my mom has had questions or concerns regarding my dad's plot and headstone.

The property grounds are looking better, and the Mt Hope Gardens team is taking pride in maintaining the upkeep of the gardens. The newest management and team is doing a wonderful job to revamp the property. Thank you Mt Hope Gardens for your continued caring support and all that you do for families.

A lot of blood, sweat and tears went into making this happen for our Family and we are forever grateful. I know this sounds cliché but words will never express our gratitude for righting the wrongs from the past and keeping your word. This is absolutely beautiful and you should be so proud of yourselves, Mr. Petrocy especially. I wish we didn't have to contact you and cause so many headaches and for that I sincerely apologize. Thank you for using your valuable time to explain things and for answering all of our questions and concerns. If only everyone were as honest and compassionate as you.

Our family has had nothing but a good experience with Mount Hope Memorial Gardens. This is the resting place for 5 our our family members. When it can time for us to make arrangements for our mother, Dionne S took very good care of us. Dionne was very caring and showed much compassion. She paid much attention to detail and wanted to make sure that I had a complete understanding of the process. Dionne is amazing.

My son was buried 1-28-17 in the Garden of Honor. The staff were so kind and helpful paying attention to the smallest detail. The vault was above ground. The tractor operator was so gentle in lifting my son's casket into the vault like picking a baby up. He then gently set vault lid on and sealed and then gently lowered into the ground. We felt our son was so well cared for and treated with dignity. Today i was there and office staff so helpful.
Employee Blair was also so kind and helpful, very social and answering my questions and helping me as i had the location map turned in the wrong direction. I can't emphasize enough
how much appreciated the staff are and how much we appreciated the attention given to every detail of our son's burial.

The hardest thing I ever had to do in my life was to plan my Moms funeral. Fortunately , I was blessed to meet Melanie who was extremely helpful, caring, professional and very compassionate. She was so very helpful and kind, she made things easier for me and my sister to get this done . We will always remember her and can never thank her enough for her quality of excellence during this trying time for us.

My experience with Carlton and staffers has been nothing more than stellar professionalism. They have been caring and compassionate. My mom took up residency on February 10, 2018. As an expression of gratitude I have since taken them donuts. I recommend Mt. Hope to everyone.

Mount hope Memorial is a beautiful cemetery and miss Dawn DeBlois was very personable and caring when we were there on January 27th to bury my best friend. It was a cold day and one thing that she did that was special was to have prayers said inside in one of the buildings rather then at the grave site. My friends mother deeply appreciated this since she was in her 80”s. It is always the little things; the extra effort that helps distinguish one from another. Dough Miller the CEO of this company has trained his staff well. If you are looking for 5 star cemetery to bury a friend or family member, contact miss. BeBlois a true caring professional.

I've buried both my parents here and the service was excellent.

My grandmother passed away way back in 1993 from Brest cancer when i was an infant,an me & my family visits her grave here every year for her birthday for at hours at a time,an the staff knows my family an treat us with the upmost respect. I’ve always appreciate that from them.

It's has been bought out by another company - The new staff is more than obliging - I couldn't find my son's grave and there were a few young ladies walking the grounds to find out what we needed and did we have any questions. This was 6/3/2016.

My counselor and the manager are great people there they helped me and my mom in a ruff time putting my dad to rest. Thank you again.
