Very nice and clean rooms. Which was great after a very long drive. A friendly lady did the check in and the other staff was very nice as well. Good standard breakfast options.

Stayed here for one night to attend a bridal shower the following day. Something happened to our original room and we were made very comfortable in 2 rooms. Cindy beds.

Minor issue with the shower rod but other than that, perfect! Super friendly and accommodating with all of my needs. Replaced my lost room key immediately. Aided me with the laundry facilities. Wish I would have made this my first choice. It will be now. And better priced with breakfast too!!

Stayed here (sadly for just one night) with my mother on vacation a few days ago. LOVED the location (Starbucks right down the street), the staff were very kind and the room was very neat and clean. Comfy beds, tasty breakfast sandwiches and yogurt for breakfast. It’s been our favorite hotel so far on this trip and it was a 3 minute drive for me to get to the local dialysis clinic so I could receive treatment. We will definitely be staying at Baymont again!

Stayed here with my friend for her birthday. It was a good experience. Staff was friendly and room was cleaned. The only thing was the carpet was still wet the entire time we were there but it was good. Breakfast was good and it was pleasant. Would stay again in the future

The overall experience was awesome quick check-in’s and quick check out state answered the phone quickly when my family had questions, and the rooms were well-kept and clean! Great experience!

Clean and spacious room. The bed was so comfortable. I haven't slept that great in years. Night shift front desk young lady was so kind and considerate of a couple of things that I needed. Would definitely go again.

One of the best hotels we have ever stayed at!!! The breakfast was delicious, staff was more than friendly, and the rooms were extremely clean! 10/10 and will definitely be staying here again!!!!!!

My husband and I needed to book a room last minute so we went for this hotel because it was such a good deal. After we had already booked it, we began reading the reviews which were overwhelmingly negative which had us worried. However, upon arrival, we were very pleasantly surprised. The room was a great size, it was clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the fact that they still offered breakfast was a huge plus. Overall, would likely stay here again.

Very nice hotel. Room was clean. Staff were great. Hot tub is not open at the moment but that's ok. They are doing renovations it looks like. The location is definitely a plus. the pool is open. Overall great place and I'd stay again.

A conditional five stars... We had stayed before, when we came to town to visit family. We recommended the hotel to other family members, and all chose the Baymont. As before, the facility is top notch, the breakfast offerings were excellent and the staff was friendly, helpful and professional. I think the people taking care of our room were stretched thin due to the Thanksgiving holiday, because two days out of seven they totally missed our room. The other members of our family had no such problem. We are still planning to stay there again, because we think this issue was a one-off. Give them a try!

The night manager went above and beyond for us to get our room. We stayed a total of 4 nights. The rooms were very nice...comfortable and clean. Their breakfast was also great...they had a large variety of items to choose from every morning. I highly recommend this place. It is also close to downtown without the high price

Hotel was nice--large, clean room, comfy bed, nice tub/shower. Everything worked as it should. Pool area was clean (we didn't swim). Easy access to I-96. Hot breakfast was good--scrambled eggs, fried potatoes, biscuits and gravy, waffles, yogurt, bagels/breads, chopped fruit, cold cereal, juices, coffee. Staff was extremely polite and helpful. Hotel hallways were quiet. We'd definitely stay here again!

I had moved up from Tennessee back to Michigan and needed a place to stay until I found an apartment and a job. I was also recovering from back surgery and needed a quiet, comfortable room. No one intends to live in a hotel for a month but I did. The hotel was undergoing some remodeling and I am a light sleeper so I was anticipating noise and being woken up. They didn't wake me up even once. In other hotels, housekeeping can be an issue when they try to get into your room and clean. Not here. They respect the Privacy/Do Not Disturb signs. Thank you!
The bed was very comfortable. I had everything I needed including a mini-fridge and a microwave. The mini-fridge even had a small freezer, perfect for my ice pack. Each morning I would go down and use my tray to bring back the complimentary breakfast they offered. Really good by the way. Bagels with cream cheese, toast, donuts, fresh fruit, folded eggs with cheese, sausage, bacon, orange juice, coffee, etc.
If I needed anything I'd call down to the front desk and they would go out of their way to give me what I asked for. I even had to fly out for a few job interviews and had nowhere to put my large suitcase. They kept it in a secure storage room for me until I returned.
I would ask for room 425 if you want a quiet stay. It's on the top floor at the end of the hall. I would probably avoid the 1st floor due to people using the pool, exercise room, the smell of chlorine from the pool, and overall traffic unless you sleep like the dead.
Again, the staff at this hotel treated me like a valued guest and friend. They even helped me take my luggage to my car on my last day as I was leaving and even loaded my car for me. I want to thank Eli, Jen, Brian, David, and so many others who worked there for taking such good care of me. You know when a hotel starts to feel like home that you've stayed in the right place.

Great motel. Clean rooms comfortable beds. I will say that the elevator was slow. The coffee and tea for breakfast were great. The food... I don't eat those things. Pool area was really clean. Parking was paved and adiquite. Prices were reasonable.

Great stay for the price. I like how the location is tucked away from the main road. My room was huge. The pool & hottub area were nice. I wish checkout was noon rather than 11am. The extra hour of sleep would have been nice after a night of craft beers.
