Beverly is absolutely great and is very willing to help you find your style and stay within your budget. Couldn't recommend her and her staff more :)

Adorable shop with lovely, gently used clothing, shoes, jewelry, and purses. Very decent prices, easy to find, nice employees, clean store and garments.

I am disappointed to have to write this review, but I must express my distaste for the poor customer service that I received here. I took a few items here for consignment and the saleswoman (I believe her name is Beverly) has a very arrogant and condescending attitude. Prior to this experience, I had a couple of shopping experiences here and there was another saleswoman who was much more pleasant. I wish I knew her name (the 2 stars are for her).
I took a fur coat along with a few other items to sell. The fur coat sold within the allotted 2-month time period. She told me she was going to sell the coat for $150 and claims that she sold it for only $120 so gave me $60 and proceeded to tell me how she was surprised it sold for what it did considering how old it was! However, she never contacted me to tell me that she had lowered the price. She could have been lying since she never showed me anything stating that the customer paid $120. Also, this woman does not respond to calls or texts. I called several times to check on my items, only for the phone to go straight to voicemail. I also sent 2 text messages (their contract states to text them for an immediate response). No one responded. I could go on, but I will end this simply by saying I will never do business here again nor recommend this establishment to anyone in my large circle of family and friends!
