What a great service John offers at Accessory Computer. Having a company like this to rely on is equivalent to having a trustworthy mechanic working on your vehicle. I've brought two different devices his way in the last year - both of which I thought could potentially be very costly. John was able to give me a loose estimate up front which was very helpful in making the decision whether or not to repair or replace. After needing to replace a laptop quickly, John had a refurbished machine that was in top working order for a great price. If you ever have any issues with your computer, I highly recommend calling Accessory Computer. John is thorough in outlining the problem and how he can fix it, explaining your options, how long it will take, and the cost. I have an older computer and he did not try to tell me I needed a new one or sell me services I didn’t request. His concern was getting the computer to function as I needed it. He also worked with me around my inflexible work schedule. I was pleasantly surprised at how reasonable the cost was for his service.

I was very pleased with the service that John provided. He was willing to work on my older lap top and even took the time to make sure that my antivirus, chrome and windows were up to date. He is knowledgeable and willing to take the time to explain what needs to be done and why.

March 25, 2019 6:48pm. I have Googled the best pc repair shop, and many came out including John's. I have contacted descibing my issue to simply shop around, to see what I get back. John was the most competitive out of everyone, and the way how he responded it, sound of knowledge and welcoming. Really open to you make a decision. I decided to contact him first to see how I feel, due to the way how he responded, and I was thinking to call everyone who quoted me. When we spoken, I felt instantly in love with John. The way we connected, the way he explained. I have traveled for over an hour just to see John. Experience was beyond what corporate office, and even small shops offer. This man will not only take care of your needs, but will make you feel at ease, will make you feel like you are not at the shop but a friendly, welcoming comfortable atmosphere. John make that place feel special, you can feel, how much he is passionate. John earned my business and my heart. It's been a long while since I felt this way. Usually you are used to corporate system sale business, but with this place, with John it's really about you as a human being. This man has a soul, passion, great smile, and golden hands. Looked up a local computer repair service and found Accessory CSC. The owner is extreamly pleasant and knowledgeable. We knew the issue (I downloaded a virus) and he offered the most cost effective option for fixing the issue. It did take about a week but I didnt need the computer back really quickly even though there is an expedited option for a fee, and so far my computer is in good repair. The owner also was very thorough in educating me about how to proceed with new downloads, updates and so on. If I have any other computer issues I will be going back :)

Best in the business - the guy loves computers and is happy to explain everything in a way that's very understandable. I haven't received good customer service like that in a while. I left happy with both the value and the quality I received

John diagnosed and replaced a faulty fan in my Toshiba laptop. John was very professional, his work was first rate A+, his pricing was extremely fair. I trust John.

Was kind, considerate, hard working, and tried to keep the price as low as he could for me. I thought the price would be higher from past experiences of getting my computers fixed but was rather cheap. Great service would recommend to everybody.

Computer was slow and he got it back to working back to new again, without charging much. Very decent and professional guy. Would recommend to anyone having any computer issues of any kind.
