This is the best experience I have ever had with a Best Buy representative, ever!!! I have been having trouble with my account and making purchases with Best Buy, even with its employees, over the phone! It’s been a headache, honestly! But today, I made a phone call to get everything taken of and I had the pleasure of being assisted by the representative name “Marr” and what a phenomenal display of care, customer service, and reassurance of what I experienced!!! All I can say is Bravo Best Buy!!! I decided to keep my Best Buy credit card🥹

I was done wrong by Best Buy Geek Squad. I spoke with a sales associate "John" by phone to set up an appointment to have my doorbell camera and floodlight with camera installed for $149.99 plus tax ($162.93). Day of installation, lady came by and drill two holes and pop the camera on and says there you go its done. literally maybe two to three minutes. I said it's not hardwired; she said it uses a battery. I said what about the floodlight and camera to be placed on the garage. She said well, I only have one job on my order to be done.
she advised me to call Geek squad to clarify. I said no one would pay $162.93 just to place two screws and the pop on the doorbell on the receiving end. I called Geek Squad and for an hour they try to tell me it was a MISTAKE by the associate but that is the cost to put on the doorbell. I said no person would agree to pay that kind of money for that kind of job. The doorbell is not hardwired, and floodlights and camera are still in the box. I was told to go by the store and speak to the manager. The manager told me to go back and speak with Geek Squad or call Corporate.
I have been on the phone for three days straight trying to get through to corporate. It's like pulling tooth, the number i was given to corporate is a number to customer service. None of the customer service associate knows the number to corporate. I am being transferred to every department there is in Best Buy. The last department was injury department. Spending hours on the phone repeating the same information to every department is like pulling tooth. I cannot understand how I can be charged for a job, and when the job is not completed, there is no one to talk to about fixing the situation. I need to know why I was told that the job would cost $162.93 and the reason why the job was not completed. This is how big corporations take your money without having to answer. Why would I call in Geek Squad to do half the job. I could have drill two holes in the door jam myself and pop the doorbell in the case. I need help really bad from the corporate folks at Best Buy. I do not have $162.93 to pay for two screws. Need help badly.

My review is for Caesar a corporate Sr. Resolution agent- after spending 5 hours trying to get the pin code for a phone card I purchased online from Best Buy and being passed to department to department 6 times Caesar had my issues resolved quickly. His phone manners, his follow through and rapid response are 5 stars all the way. That’s how all businesses should do customer service. All Best Buy employees should/could learn valuable lessons from his work attitude and ethics. Thanks again Caesar.

Had an issue with an order and received a call from Sarah (one of the senior member from the resolution team). I rarely write reviews but I think this one deserves a review. Sarah was very professional, good listener. What amazed me that she really wanted to get deep in the issue (was actually a system glitch - my BlackFriday order was cancelled ). Thank you.

I wanted to post about the great customer service I received at the Best Buy in Apple Valley, MN.
I purchased a Canon camera last weekend at Best Buy, along with an after market re-fuel battery. Today went out to take pictures with my new camera and when the battery drained (re-fuel) I was not able to take the battery out. The battery was stuck! Needless to say this was frustrating and not what I expected with a brand new Canon camera.
Headed to Best Buy in Apple Valley with my camera in hand when I had the good fortune of being assisted by Christian. I explained what happened with my new camera. He took the camera and went to Geek Squad to have them remove the battery. Lo and behold the battery would not come out. No worries though as Christian had checked to see if the Best Buy had the same camera to swap out. That Best Buy did not but 2 close by did. As he was doing the needed paperwork for an exchange we chatted about camera straps and he even recommended a good place to take bird pictures at. The paperwork was completed, a once frustrated customer was pleased and we were out the door to pick up the new camera.
Christian was professional, courteous and very helpful. You are very fortunate to have him as an employee.

Best Buy is a wonderful company with solid values. You will not find many companies out there that offer the kind of quality service and satisfaction you will get from all divisions of Best Buy.

There is always going to be good and bad reviews about companies, that is the way of the world. Best Buy is a household name and will continue to grow and develop to deliver an amazing experience unlike any other.

As a customer I would ALWAYS read carefully when you make a purchase there could be some value info that can prevent a negative experience.

Stephanie Dean is superb. I have been trying to accomplish something via customer service, and even if the outcome is not in my favor, at least I was given the experience of talking to someone like Stephanie who was the most knowledgeable and empathetic person I think I've ever talked to from a customer service department at a HUGE corporation like BEST BUY. She should definitely get a raise or at least a fruit basket... I'm still shocked how pleasant she was! Nice job Stephanie... have a nice Christmas Season.

I purchased. Hp and tried to return it after 3 weeks and the WORST WORST WORST customer service experience was given to me. The store at the North Riverside Ill the Black lady and the hispanic managers named Juan were the lowest of the lowest when it came to helping me. Juan refused to give me the corporate number and all I got was the run around. It's only three weeks old and it was so what. Please don't buy any thing from Best buy or shall I say Bad buy. I am stuck with a no good hp computer and out of a lot of money. I will die before I or my friends buy anything from this store again.

I've always been a super satisfied customer of Best Buy. I've shopped for my homes as I have moved around (NC, CO, ND, MN) and have always had an amazing and consistent experience wherever I have gone.
I've rode out with these guys through the tough times, and I can't say that everything has always been flawless, but even the things that ended up being a bit past "trivial" has always been met with a manager who was ready and willing to address the issue and act accordingly.

I've been very happy to enjoy 4 years running now as an Elite Plus household, and have always felt that my purchases have been valued by the local store I patronize.

Happy that Bestbuy is still around, and thus people are able to walk inside the store. Do not want to solely depend on online stores.

I started out giving Best Buy a 1 star because of the treatment I got from their telephone support, however I will now give them a 5 star purely from the awesome staff at the Chesapeake Square Best Buy store. They got me squared away and went above and beyond. If all of Best Buy had employees like them, you'd see a lot of 5 stars.

I've always had good service at Best Buy, but the store and online have stopped selling 3d movies when other online retailers offer the 3d movies. I am a elite member for years and have purchased many items from Best Buy especially movies. Now, I am being told that they are phasing out 3d movies all together. How come you can't offer online like other retailers do? I wanted the new Avengers infinity war 3d bluray movie but bestbuy online doesn't even give me an option to purchase the 3d movie. I love shopping at the Conyers, Ga location. Can someone get in contact with me to explain WHY??

Beautiful building, its like a small city under one roof. Very nice Dining areas and multiple food/ vendor stores. Very professional and welcoming staff. Very clean and well maintained common areas.

The Coral Springs Best Buy Store is awesome; I would like to acknowledge some of the staff to include Kevin, Patrice, Alex and Zayna. These employees are extremely knowledgeable and so very helpful. Our names are Teresa and Joseph(Joe) we leave in NJ and we are long-time loyal customers at the local Best Buy store located in Rockaway New Jersey.
Just this past month we had the pleasure to shop and purchase all our new Kitchen appliances( GE Stove, GE Refrigerator, GE Hood, and Kitchen Aid dishwasher) and we want to compliment one of your excellent employees, Mr. Michael Frangipane for his outstanding service.

We want to thank Michael not only for his customer focus and hard work but also for the excellent attention he demonstrated, so we highly admire his kind suggestions offered to us for a personalized purchasing plan that was just perfect for what we wanted. Our shopping experience was just wonderful. Michael made us feel as we have felt before- that what is most important in this business is helping customers.
When we walked in to the store in Rockaway to shop for 4 new appliances it was a difficult decision to make us and in addition, we were in financial distress, but Mr. Frangipane went to great lengths to help us open a great financing plan. Also, after the purchase, we experienced some delays and issues in delivering the right Dishwasher, that's when Michael did a superb job in returning our call and listening to our complaints and he took his time to give us a solution by taking the lead and arranging the exchanges and all the issues right on.

We have always received quality service at your Rockaway store when we purchased computers, I pad TV, and opening the Gig Squad Total Tech support as well, but this time Mr. Frangipane extended a fantastic help and we are very much appreciated for his customer focus and excellent support, Michael knew just what to do to solve all our issues, and so we appreciate the time he spends in the store several times we visited him and over the phone as well, his total support went far beyond anything, we had expected.
I have been working for corporate world and now into real estate business and getting such honest service builds great working relationships and our family will bring all our shopping needs to the Best Buy store from now on. Please pass our compliments and sincere thanks to Mr. Frangipane.

I've worked for this company for just about 9 months now and am very pleased to say it. This company cares for it's employees and does what it can to make the customers' time shorter. Of course, the problem is that on sites like this where there are more bad reviews, they're just people who had poor experiences and should go t over it. Best Buy is an epic company that I'm proud to work for
