The team comes out and makes a plan; was able to fix the same day and someone checks back with you to make sure you are satisfied.

Most companies you schedule an appoint and wait. Not Aqua Wizards they are with you the whole time, keeping you informed and making sure you get the best customer service.

We've had Aqua Wizards out twice now and they are amazing. Matt made sure we had all of our options laid out clearly so we could make an informed decision. He is super personable and professional. He replaced our old toilet super fast and made sure to show me all the features when he was done. We've found our forever plumbers. If you use them, I'm sure you'll love their work too.

Within 10 minutes of calling and leaving a voicemail, I had a call back. Brandon was at our house same day and provided options for how to repair our leaking sink drain. He offered value-added services and did not pressure to buy. He offered to fix the sink the same day, but we had obligations. He returned the next day(today) and was on time and did an excellent job of replacing the plumbing under the sink. It looks great and gives me a lot more room under the sink. Brandon was very personable. Would highly recommend Aqua Wizards!

Aqua Wizards just completed an install of a Toto Nexus toilet with an S7A Washlette. Matt, who did the install, was amazing.

It's a fairly complex install but Matt took on the task and did a great job. He put down covers and plastic on the floors and carpet to make sure he left my home almost cleaner than when he arrived.

I would not hesitate to call Aqua Wizards again for ANY plumbing needs I have in the future.

Aqua Wizards did an excellent job on fixing a few different plumbing issues I had at my new home my wife and I are renovating. Jason and Brandon did a great job identifying these problems and provided a same day resolution to unclog two sinks and brought my water heater piping to code. I called and was able to get same day service for my issue! I just moved into a home and had a issue with the water backing up in the basement when doing laundry. The plumber Brandon that came out was right on time, was very kind and great at explaining things to me as I have no plumbing background. He gave a lot of great advice regarding maintenance and things to look for in the future.
The work was done well and my issue was fixed! Already my second load of laundry and there is no backup.

A couple years ago i had a hot water heater installed by Aqua Wizards. This year i was getting my house ready to sell and noticed that it had been leaking at the top and had corroded some parts. I was technically out side of warranty, but i called them up and told them the situation and that i never even noticed it before moving. They inspected it and they could tell it was leaking for awhile and kindly made it right for me. The repair cost me nothing. And they fixed it promptly so that I could list my home without trouble. This company is honest and good at what they do. And if they make an error they will fix it. Thats a valuable thing to find! Hire them all day!!

Brandon was very polite and knowledgeable. He explained every option they had and didn't steer me one way or the other. The work was excellent and their total customer service was outstanding. We will definitely use them for any future plumbing needs and highly recommend you do the same.

Setting up an appointment was quick and painless! Great communication! Had a plumber out to fix my kitchen faucet. I was just looking for a quick fix, but ended up with a whole faucet and sprayer! I was hesitant, but I'm glad I got the new system, as my water looks so much more drinkable now! 👏🏻

Matt did a great job, was helpful and personable. Gave us options that got the first issue done without ripping out any walls and took care of the second in less time than predicted.

I worked with 3 people from Aqua Wizards. They’ve done several jobs for me. The most recent being replacing the plumbing under my shower. Good work. They set great expectations since it was a bigger project. They minimized drywall work and were clear up front on how everything would go.

Had a bathroom shower faucet service done in October 2023, the faucet was leaking and the handle broke. We had to turn off the main water line and were not able to use any water in the house. We needed something done asap, as I wfh and have little ones. Aqua Wizard was the only plumbing company that was able to come out next day and they fix the issue same day. Communication was great and service was quick. I would recommend them and use them again.

I had a great experience with getting a new sump pump installed. I do not envy the poor plumber who crawled into the depths of my house (with spiderwebs and centipedes :) to pump out moldy water and install a new sump pump. I was even out of town and he worked with my adult daughter to coordinate install and even sent me photos when it was done. I also appreciated how he went over each different type of pump I could buy & educated me about the pros/cons/price of each. Honestly, this is the last thing I want to think about & felt relieved to hire a company who I knew would take care of it. Thank you!

I have used this plumbing service twice now in the last 4 years, and both times I had great experiences. The worker was honest, gave me options, and performed selected services very well. I would definitely use them in future should another plumbing issue arise.

Plumber came out the same morning that we called and got our drain opened in less than an hour. Fast and friendly. Would use Aqua Wizards again.
