Jade did a great job today replacing our water softener and installing a new toilet. He was very professional and complete in his process. I would recommend Jade for any plumbing job to anyone looking for work done.

Replaced leaking non-repairable 5 yr. old Delta single handle kitchen sink faucet, hose & sprayer with a new Moen faucet with pull out spray head in approximately 1 hour. Outstanding work in very tight quarters! Job well done and very clean!!

Jade has exceptional customer rapport. It's obviously an innate leadership quality he has. You definitely would want him training plumbers as he'd be an exceptional person worth duplicating. He workmanship was stellar. Everything is exceptionally clean and ready for the queen to visit!

Ben and Jake did an excellent job. They cut and replaced a leaking galvanized pipe with PVC under the kitchen p-trap to basement with different angles and bends. Also added a cleanout in the basement.

Gabe the technician did a wonderful job. Very knowledgeable & explained everything in detail. Recommended everything we could consider. No pressure at all to purchase any of the recommendations. The work that Gabe & his team completed was done really fast. He even honored a discount to ensure we received the best price possible. Overall I would rate Gabe a 10 out of 10. Brent was so kind and patient while here. We were surprised to find out our repairs were going to be quite a bit more because our water heater was shot. He worked with us to try to make it work, came up with a new plan and waived the service fee, which was unbelievably helpful for me! This is our second interaction with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. From the initial call to the end, the company is top notch. Excellent service. Felipe came out on a Sunday for no extra charge and spent all the time needed to fix our very clogged double kitchen sink. He was here in an hour. I felt the price was reasonable for the size of the project we had. It was more than the quick fix but much more educational and a better result for the long term.

I called in the morning to have them look at my broken water heater and they got me in and had it replaced that afternoon! Great communication, service and pricing! Highly recommended.

Bryon was on time, gave us two options for the work to be done, and fully explained both options. We ended up buying the membership which saved us 20% on any work done for the next year and included a camera review of the main drain which Bryon did the same day. Our work was a kitchen sink backed up, which Brian cleared and then cleaned up after especially well. We were happy with the work and would request Bryon again.

We’ve had the same “guy” perform our annual check in and check up for a number of years. This is one of the hidden advantages of working with this company: they know you.
We pay a monthly fee, and then the annual check is included in the cost. I’m not sure we would be disciplined or knowledgeable enough to do this without their expertise.
In the course of a month, we will have an annual plumbing, check, a sewer inspection, and a furnace check up.
We love doing this during the early months of the year when it’s cold outside and things break. It’s not cheap, but neither is their service or their quality of work. We have 100+ year old house and we mean to take good care of it to pass it onto the next owners. I love this service and I love my “guy.“

Our technician, Brendan Andrews, was kind, considerate, and punctual. Not only did he fix our plumbing issue quickly and carefully, but he also was kind enough to explain in detail as he went.
