Great service with a side brisket.

Wow, I haven't had great service like that in awhile. Attended to our orders in a timely manner and had drinks ready when needed. I even had trouble deciding between the nights special and brisket...so I explained my situation. Well, they gave me a side of brisket and it was on point. Loved ithe experience so much we bought the kitchen a round of drinks 🍻. We will be back.

Abby was our server, and she was really friendly, and you can tell she likes her job. The Mac and cheese with brisket was quite good. The restaurant is a bit dated but very comfortable for dinner. The lighting was pretty dim for those of us with aging eyes. Overall, it was a really good place for a well prepared meal and friendly staff.

I've been to Rockwoods a few times and would have rated it a 3 then with food and 2 for service. Rich was our waiter this time and he was excellent. Also this was our first time getting BBQ it was also excellent. We won't get anytime else here besides BBQ.

We loved the crab cakes! Prime rib was great too. Friendly service and good food!

Upscale Restaurant with a great "Sports Bar" feel. I have been patronizing this establishment on a near nightly basis as of late. I am staying at the Hotel adjacent to this property for a work project, and have been eating here about 5 days a week! The pictures included in the review are an extensive view of available menu items. The service here has been above reproach! We have dined here as a party of 4 to 9 guests nightly, and the service has been exceptional! The servers have been friendly and upbeat on every occasion. Amelia, Katie and Amber receiving mention in particular, as standouts for going out of their way to enhance the experience here. The Menu is a great mix of entree and appetizers to allow portions size for most Diners. Plating of the meals here deserves a mention as well. Attractive presentation has been the norm. This restaurant gets very busy at times, but appears to be adequately staffed, wait times have not been excessive. Please browse the attached gallery of pictures. My many pleasant visits allow an extensive look at the menue and facilities.

The Event/Banquet Center exceeded expectations at our Memorial Service buffet luncheon. The food was flavorful and many people are still commenting on the meal! Planners and servers were professional, compassionate, patient, and EVERY detail was carried out flawlessly. At a time when our family was grieving, Rockwoods did more than provide a venue and delicious food...they alleviated stress, handling the technology aspects of our event with competence. The ambiance of the rooms took my breath away upon arrival! The responsiveness to our communications quickly built trust, and Team Rockwoods allowed us to focus on visiting with our guests. We were super impressed, all around - The peace of mind was priceless, and I would definitely use them again!

I had the Salmon special with mango salsa and it was Delicious, as was everyone else in our group. And the booth we sat in was the perfect intimate place to meet our son's girlfriend, even though there was a birthday party going on in the same room.

It’s so hard to just pick one great thing about Rockwoods! Their staff and the atmosphere is always so inviting. I have been to places where wait times were astronomical, went to Rockwoods and seated immediately every time! It has been a great location for pop up meetings with my employees over great food and drinks. It’s a no brainer, Rockwoods is my automatic go to!

Food was delicious, service was fast, orders were accurate. Our server was friendly and informative. He seemed to know the menu well and was able to recommend dishes and give his opinion. Nice atmosphere, tasty mimosas too!

Wow! The pizza is amazing. It's the kinda pizza I dream about. sourdough crust. Perfection. The brisket and home cut fries are great too. Check it out. They have a nice size menu, and even if it's busy, they still manage to keep everyone happy.

Such great service. The Manager made my elderly father very comfortable and it made his day. Little things like this make Rockwoods exceptional. Perfect Banquet Hall for our Wedding a few years ago.

Rockwoods is so fun, always!!! We love the food, the atmoshpere, the restaurant, bar, event center. I am so glad we have such a great place here in Otsego! I can't check all the boxes, but I think we have been here for just about every meal.

Great venue for your wedding or special event! Julie is one of the nicest most helpful people to be around. I met her at the Rogers Wedding Expo. She makes sure that everything runs smoothly and is fun to spend time with while she's doing it. Her colleague who I didn't catch name was very helpful as well. The venue is remarkable and the food is even better.

Delicious food, great atmosphere, drinks are amazing! Definitely a must for a date night, night out with friends or even Sunday brunch!

If you love brunch as much as I do, you will love Rockwoods! Sunday brunch is amazing! My advice is to get there early. They open at 10am. It is spendy but you get your money’s worth. A true mix of breakfast and lunch items. My family and friends raved over the ribs, lasagna and dessert table including a chocolate fountain. I can’t get enough of the cheesy potatoes and love that they make fresh omelettes. We went on New Year’s Eve day and were treated to complimentary mimosas, a nice surprise. The service was attentive and kept our coffee cups full and cleared plates quickly.

Had a amazing late birthday dinner here. The bread pudding alone is something to go there for. Plus it only $10

Our daughter and son in-law's wedding reception was 12/28/23. Service was impeccable, dietary restriction needs were handled flawlessly. We highly recommend Rockwoods for all celebrations 🍾.

Experience was great! The food was excellent and wait time was just perfect. The server was pleasant with enjoyable conversation. Will definitely return.

The beef tip nachos are amazing! I suggest visiting on a Sunday evening. They have a magician, Suzanne, who is there on Sundays. She made the experience super fun for our family of five!
