Had a really great experience at Best Buy today! The customer service provided my Dan and his colleague was superb! Had an issue with a warranty exchange TV, which was partially my own fault. But Dan, the manager, completely had me taken care of with no questions asked! Totally put my faith back in retail and Best Buy! Worry free shopping at this store! Thanks Dan!

The employee at the entrance was super helpful and directed us right away to what we were looking for. The store is really nice inside and the displays all look cool. It wasn't too busy and there were a lot of cashiers so the line moved quickly. Some of the prices are a little high but I found out the video game I wanted was on sale - about $20 cheaper than all the other places that had it.

I love Best Buy even if I just go and walk around in there. Best buy is always in my heart because it started as a tiny electronic store in my uptown neighborhood way back. I encourage people to go and support our homegrown store.

I needed price check on opened box JBL Karaoke Box and staff were quick to help. Product has been damaged, so got an additional 15% off. Overall staff were helpful and friendly. Store was well stocked, organized, and cleaned. I recently moved to the area, so definitely making this store my go-to-stop electronic store.

I stopped in to get a laptop that would best benefit my needs and I’m very illiterate when it come to computers and David was amazing at helping me pick out the lap top that was right for me I would definitely come back. He was incredibly knowledgeable and professional

The young man in laptops that sold me a new ASUS Pro 15.6 was spot on in helping me choose the right laptop. Everything I need looks to be covered with this piece. Programming my drones/quadcopters, PCB layout, arduino, CAD and 3d printing. I'm terrible with names and can't find any on my receipt Thanks Man!

My router/modem went out, and needed one ASAP since my husband works from home. This Best Buy is the only one I will go to, everyone knows their products and always nice and friendly.

Great Best Buy location. It is clean and tidy. A few out of stock items, but comparable to other retailers. I like the layout of this location. Phones, tablets, pcs, and laptops in the center and right of front doors. Home features like wifi, cameras, and appliances on the left side of doors. Tv's and sound systems in the back of the store. The checouts are easy to maneuver and had no lines when i visted. The parking lot is huge and easy to navigate. Will definitely be back again.

Biased toward the MG location but for good reason. Love the workers and have a much greater selection of items to choose from than other locations

I needed a cable right away for a football game watching party, BB had it in stocks and I was able to pick it up in 15 minutes!

Visited during a busy time, had a great selection at competitive prices and employees were helpful. Not sure what else I'd expect from visiting a Best Buy.

Very knowledgeable staff. Helped me get what I needed for cheaper. I was looking at the value laptops, and I told them what I was looking for it to do, and they showed me chromebooks, which does everything I was looking for, for cheaper than the value laptops, with more speed

The best help and inventory when people are there. If you show up towards closing the place is kind of dead and there's not very many people working so you have to sit around for a while. But Best Buy's always been great to me.

Ryan who has worked there since 2012 was really helpful with our laptop purchase and explained the protection plans in detail so I felt like it was my decision and not pressured. He was very knowledgeable about the equipment and packages. There was a nice female that also helped look at and choose between models and I did not get her name but she was very smart and lead me right to the deals. Overall great experience. I usually hate having to purchase these things I know nothing about.

Went to buy a microwave and after checking out several other stores, ended up at Best Buy. They had the best selection by far. Took a while to find help, but once I did, the associate was extremely helpful, polite, and professional. I wish I could remember his name because he deserves props. (Greysen?) I would choose here for selection and service. Pricing was comparable to the others, but had a couple particularly good deals. We spent much less than anticipated.

Love this place. The thing I wanted was out of stock but it's the holidays so that's expected lol
