The UPS Store

Always friendly staff. Returning a very large/heavy box tonight. I could barely lift on my own, the teen gentleman working assisted me and was easily friendly! I really appreciated the extra efforts.

My wife & I live about 7 mi north of this location in East Bethel. We have used this store 4 times in the last year. They are very helpful, although they ARE 5 doors? down from the local Cub, so they can have quite a line at times.

I received a call and as promised changed the google review from a 1 star to 5 star until the next time I am in. Additional training will be provided, how to answer the phone even for a moment, a recommendation to the owner for notary’s all day until closed, remove the 3 printers that don’t work, lastly retrain employees on how to print from a USB and return phone calls. Thank you for the conversation.

Don’t answer the phone. Don’t have a notary after 5:30 pm for those that work hard and maybe not be able to get there by 5:30pm. They have multiple printers but only 1 prints via USB and it is broken! You are a PRINT store, please fix your equipment so the community can use your business. For goodness sake Answer your phone. Not impressed!

The manager of this place is a gem! She is polite, courteous, warm, professional and very detailed. I went in there with an unusual project and she stayed with it until I was satisfied. The whole time being very pleasant. In the end it didn't fit any of the normal pricing guidelines, so she said there would be no charge. Rare customer service in today's world!

Have been in there several times. Staff is always helpful and goes above and beyond to make your experience easy. Greatly appreciated. Could not ask for better.

Amazing staff! I’m here often dropping things for clients and they always take care of me quickly! They do get busy sometimes but the lines move quick. Anytime I’ve had questions they’ve been super helpful. I even send my professional camera equipment through this location and know I can trust it will be taken care of well!

The managing staff Kären, Was able to answer a few questions about sending a shipment down south and was able to provide me with quotes on costs in seconds!
She also was very friendly and welcoming, I’ll be coming back here in the future, This Lady knows exactly what she’s doing I strongly recommend coming here if you are new to the whole shipping thing !

Always top notch customer service here! I’ve had several unusually shaped and sized items I’ve had to ship recently that I’ve sold online and every time I come in the staff is super helpful. Even when they are busy they are always sure to walk me through everything I need to get my item shipped safely and affordably!

Easily the quickest I’ve spent inside a mailing service. Karen helped me today w no hesitation or any concerns. Ask for Karen but the whole staff group seemed to be in good spirits. I only go to this location now

Scott and his co workers are amazing! We frequent there alot and have noticed impatient customers always giving them a hard time, they are always pleasant to us and Scott really knows the ins and outs which makes for easy shipping and returns. Thank you Scott and Maleina

People were very friendly and nice but when it says free shipping I shouldn't have to pay for it

I have been a customer here for 5 plus years. This is a busy location and the employees are still very pleasant. I enjoy walking in and being acknowledged. This is just not towards me. I witness this to all other customers.

I went in there and the service was fantastic I was helped by a lady named Karen and she was sooo overly helpful, I had all my questions answered with no problems at all 100/10 would recommend this store to anyone!!

Karen was absolutely amazing! Wonderful customer service, fast, knowledgeable, efficient. I was so stressed going in to return so many items and she made is so easy and painless. Will definitely be going out of my way to use this UPS location again!!

I have owned a PO box at this UPS location for 4 years and I have never had a bad experience. The staff has always been welcoming and helpful with any request I've had. Whether its mailing out an item, getting copies, faxing, picking up packages and mail, notifying me of special packages, you name it. Always great customer service and a smile. I'll be with you guys as long as I live in the area!

My husband and I were at the UPS store in Blaine tonight and had somehow missed that we needed to print our return label. The employee that helped us was so helpful and walked us through everything and was super friendly! 5 star service for sure!

We overnighted a package with UPS and it arrived 8 days later. So why 5 stars? The 5 stars are for the owner of this store. He went to bat for us with UPS. He was honest and up-front with us, told us exactly how things were going to be with UPS (and he was 100% correct). He helped make the best of a bad situation for us, exactly what a business owner should do.

Store # 4271 has great services and wonderful folks to help with any mail service or shipping need. Their services have provided our businesses with worry free flawless mail collection and shipping for over 5 years. Especially great when traveling and not wanting mail sitting around for weeks on end.

Karen helped me quickly and efficiently even though I was not the most prepared person. She showed me quickly what I needed to do and I was in and out within minutes. Thank you for the great service.
