Great hotel! Loved the water bottles everyday with drop in flavor cubes. Beds were comfy, restaurant was great. The only thing I was disappointed with was the coffee situation. The plastic tray coffee in the room was unpleasant tasting. There was no coffee bar in The lobby. There was a "Starbucks " but it was very slow and had a limited food menu.

We stopped going to hotels near the university because of the hefty parking premium. The Delta is only a few minutes distant from the university and Dinky town if you're visiting a student there, and the Delta is a much more comfortable hotel.

Delta is our go-to hotel in Minneapolis.

We stayed at the Delta after going to a Vikings game. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They provided information about nearby attractions and gave recommendations when asked. Hotel was very clean. The atmosphere was fun and friendly and staff engaged with the game goers, asking lots of questions and making everyone feel at home. The hotel also provided a free shuttle to and from the game which was very much appreciated. The rooms were mediocre and on the small side. But beds were comfortable and hotel quiet at night.

We recently got married and had the pleasure to work with Jocelyn and Victor at Delta Hotels on rooms block, pop-up bridal suite, and rehearsal dinner as part of our wedding planning, given our venue was only 10 minutes away from the hotel. They are very friendly, responsive, and very easy to work with throughout the whole planning process, top notch customer service! We couldn’t have planned our wedding so smoothly without their support! The hotel is centrally located with chic/modern decor and everything we were looking for, especially the executive suite which was perfect for our bridal party to get ready in. We and our guests all had a great time staying at the hotel. We highly recommend Delta Hotels to anyone who is planning for a wedding or looking for a place to stay!

The hotel is in a great location. Hotel and staff were both very nice. Rooms were nice and clean! Loved the Starbucks inside the hotel. We ate supper at the restaurant and food was delicious. Bar had a great selection. The salt water pool was very nice and water was warm.

I had a lovely stay here. The room was clean and ready upon check in. My room was very close to other amenities like the fitness center and the pool area. The bed was VERY comfortable. There was also a desk included which would have been very helpful had I brought my work with me.
Small things also made my stay very enjoyable, like the availability of hydration stations in the hallway and ease of getting to the Tavern located next door. There is also a garden like area outside where you can sit and visit with people.
I also enjoyed how easy the hotel was to get to from 35, or conversely how easily it was to get around town from Delta. Have already recommended to other friends and will definitely stay here again.

Great location if you’re looking for free parking and access to downtown. This hotel is right off 35w so it’s a 5 minutes to downtown.

Conveniently located close to the city while still having easy parking and low traffic. I attended a banquet style dinner. The salmon entree was great, and the service was wonderful as well. The facility was modern and clean, and there were patios as well for people to sit outside and enjoy tasty appetizers and drinks beforehand.

Delta Hotels by Marriott’s newly renovated space is absolutely stunning. So smart with the art / wall hangings chosen that display local, recognizable locations in the Twin Cities area, as well as the contemporary, upscale, modern feel to their hotel. Their space can accommodate an outdoor wedding ceremony in their courtyard, or an indoor ceremony in their ballroom, (perfect for plan B with Minnesota weather) with an even larger ballroom perfectly set and ready for receptions, not to mention the glorious guest rooms available for over night stays. We were in love with the hotel and highly recommend it as a wedding venue.

We had another recent event at Delta Hotels By Marriott and just had to add to our past review how much we love this space. It truly is incredible space to host an event.  The food was over the top delicious and the staff was wonderfully attentive and great at every detail.   Highly recommend it for any special events, weddings, or corporate events.  Beautiful spaces, great location in the Twin Cities, and the ease of on-site parking available make it a great choice for your next event.

Free parking and a lot of great things are close by. The staff is exceptionally kind. The rooms are great. I love the expanded fitness room. The TC 400 restaurant that is connected is really good too.

I loved how secure it was, everything seemed really clean, the lobby was big and beautiful, the whole hotel smelt really good; can normally walk into a hotel and all you smell is chlorine, which I like that smell don't get me wrong, but this hotel smelled really good I actually wish I knew what it was because I would love my house to smell like that, the employees seem really nice and helpful, the gym was amazing I honestly feel like it was cleaner and nicer than going to regular gym, overall me and my husband had a fantastic time and would recommend to family and friends.

I spoke with Pat the GM of this Location and she was absolutely wonderful. We had a special request traveling with kids and she was very helpful and kind. She went out of her way to make our stay easy and convenient.

We stayed at this location for the convenience of the state fair travel. Upon arriving we had a few issues but the evening front desk staff is a powerhouse! Taylor took care of our problems immediately, made us feel heard and she made us laugh! We found ourselves in the lobby more than our room because of her affable personality. Great customer service and we will be back (:

4.3 stars. Friendly front desk, management, housekeeping and maintenance. My room 137, was ready and clean upon arrival. Key cards worked fine. Very nice bathroom and showerhead. Complimentary refrigerated water (in the 24 hr well equipped fitness center) was convenient for hydration and the in room coffee/tea station.
King bed exceeded my expectations. Super comfy, firm enough and plenty of pillows.
Towels provided in room, pool and fitness were soft and abundant.
I really enjoyed the hydrospa! Guests can use until 11pm which was SO convenient with my schedule. During my 3 day visit, I met many nice visitors while socializing in the pool area. Layout chaise lounges are available indoors or outdoor if it's warm enough...Enabling lifts were available for pool and spa!!
Note:::there was a mini fridge that's discreetly located under the desk and behind wood door:::no microwaves in building:::gracious parking in rear and side for vehicles and trailers.
A few issues; road noise from the highway was noticeable and hallway corridors could get loud being close to fitness and pool areas with chatter and laughter.
Disappointed that the restaurant didn't open until 11am. And other breakfast options were few. Their mini Starbucks didn't work for me...
Check out was super easy and matched my quoted price. I recommend Delta.

Only reason not five star all around us the bathroom was small, and still a bathtub.

Great hotel and service. Nice pub and grill attached to the hotel. Didn't visit the pool area. The staff was awesome and very helpful. Will definitely stay again when I'm in town.

The check in process was quick and easy. The bar had great food and drinks. The lobby was modern and clean. The workout room was above average with dumbbells, weight machines and cardio equipment. The pool was average. The rooms were clean, updated and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it.

My fiance and I have stayed here a handful of times (we're local, but this is always our go-to hotel if we need a place to stay). Rooms, lobby, and hallways are always clean. Staff is super friendly and accommodating. Amenities include a pool, hot tub, fitness center, event space, and an attached restaurant/bar which has great food! Another bonus is the free infused water dispensers in the lobby-always refreshing and convenient too! You won't regret staying here!
