Bricksworth Beer Co. – North Loop

Definitely a new favorite spot.

It really is the perfect spot for pizza, wings, and beer. There are so many different flavors on the menu that I can't wait to go back to try more.

I really loved the space as well, there's a nice walk up to a great view with seating . Inside is a big space that's great for groups and happy hours. The staff were great, kind, and attentive.

I feel obligated to state that I was born and raised in NY and their pizzas ingredients and flavors really brought me back. I love NY pizza but Detroit style is superior in a lot of ways.

The food is good and creative. I especially liked their take on MN sushi in pizza form. Wing choices are also tasty- have not been disappointed with any of the flavors.

I have eaten here a handful of times and the food is always great! The Honey Sriracha wings are delicious and I loved their Detroit style pizza. Great beer selection too. I'm a huge fan of sours and they always seem to have a few to choose from. Wonderful atmosphere. The staff is awesome. I would highly recommend checking this place out next time you're in the north loop.

Super tasty food & brews with a friendly staff! My two favorites were “The Happiest Meal” Pizza & the Dry Rub Wings, but everything we had was delicious🤌🤌

Charming space slightly off the main drag in north loop. Awesome spot for drinks and food! A bunch of TVs makes it a great place to catch a game. Best Detroit style pizza I’ve had!

Really enjoy coming here after work worth my coworkers. There happened to be a dj last night, which was fun. They have thc seltzer, which is nice for not trying to drink alcohol. Great bartender. Awesome patio. Recommend checking this spot out.

Pizza was amazing!! Crispy crust and great sauce!! The wings were ok but I would probably try another flavor next time!

The pizza and wings were delicious. Well seasoned wings (husband got the dry rub with a side of buffalo and the house made ranch, all so good!) and I got the happiest meal pizza (pictured) and also soo delicious. Will be back and highly recommend. Also, shout out to the awesome bar tender! Lastly, all the beers were tried between my husband and I were also good (my fav was the peel out sour!)

Good experience over all for food and drink. Detroit style pizza is one of my favorites so we were excited to try this spot. We went simple with a cheese pizza and spiced things up a bit with the Aloha, siracha chili flakes on the side. On the side was a smart move as those items really kicked it up a notch when we added them on ourselves. Toppings and cheese were quite tasty and the sauce was perfectly sweet. The dough wasn't the best Detroit style I've had as it reminded me more of a great piece of cheese bread. The cheese melt over the side was perfectly executed! Golden brown and crispy but not burnt.

Also tried a Peel Out sour draft and another drink with bourbon, blueberry, and ginger beer. Both are recommended by us!

Very friendly staff, great service, and the food is awesome with a ton of choices depending on what you're in the mood for. Love their wings, the Smash Burger, truffle fries and a variety of salad's, the pizza's are bomb and if you're not a fan of the specials you can build your own. We've never had a bad experience. Highly recommended.

Came here for a late bite around 9:30pm, but unfortunately the kitchen was already closed. We decided to stay for a drink anyway, and so glad we did. I normally don't like sours, but their Passionate Vibez fruited sour is so delicious! The coconut flavor really smoothes the tartness so that the sourness is there, but doesn't linger. Please can this and distribute to the northeast!

Some of the best chicken wings I’ve ever had. Really big and seasoned well. I could live off their lemon pepper wings. Also, they have good NA options, including a guava mule.

Nothing short of amazing. Loved my Cool Ranch Dorito Wings and the cheesy garlic bread. Staff was so fun and accommodating. Met Fran at the bar and probably the most personable bartender I've ever met in all of my world travels. I will definitely come back whenever I'm in Minneapolis again!

Our friends brought us in to Brisksworth when we were in town visiting. The happy hour was great! Fabulous service! We had the Box Logo pizza, honey sriracha wings and brown sugar bbq wings, we loved it all! 100% would recommend, I wish we had one back home!

The pizza was delicious.
We had 4 beers, they were all very good.
Clean and bright dining area, plenty of seating, large tvs for local sports, large outdoor seating area.

I love me some chicken wings and let me tell you these are some of, if not best wings in the city! I got the chicken Parmesan and honey sriracha…. This time. I have already tried the dill pickle and cool ranch Dorito wings. Even if you are not a chicken wing fan the cool ranch dorito wings are something everyone needs to try in their lifetime so they can see how insanely good they are!

Love atmosphere! The food was a gem in North Loop area.

Second location for the Brewery located in the warehouse side of North loop by the Twins Station and Graze foodhall. Great addition to the area. Beer is very good tried 3 beers all different serving sizes available. Burger and pizza were very good. Pizza is Detroit style and offered 2 sizes, frico cheese and sauce on top. Burger was also great, bun a little dry. Service extremely friendly and knowledge would go before a Twins game, meet up with friends or have a business lunch.

Walked in trying to find a place to grab a drink before a show and no one was open at 1pm in the surrounding few blocks. I saw a giant sign "Bricksworth beer co." With clear instructions to follow the signs. Walked in and the place was empty during a lunch time (I come from south MN so unfamiliar with local customs) but I was greeted right away by Dawson the bartender and found a great beverage after sampling a few.

I didn't feel ignored and the conversation was good.
Ordered the parmasan fries and received a overflowing tray. Quality was just as good as the quantity.

All in all I am happy with the sudden discovery. Their main location is located in Burnsville which is alot closer than this metro location for me. Happily will be visiting the main location and coming through here again when next in the area.
