Comfort Inn MSP Airport - Mall of America

This was my first stay at this hotel and I was really impressed. After a day of airport chaos, Comfort Inn was able to accommodate me last minute and still made me feel like a valued guest. Chandu at the front desk took my call and connected me to the shuttle driver right away. In my opinion, any hotel that offers a free, reliable, complimentary airport shuttle is a huge benefit when you’re traveling and need to be on time. Chandu and the front desk staff were so kind and I was pleased with the hospitality, cleanliness and quality of the hotel and rooms. As a bonus, the hotel has an Outback Steakhouse with food and drinks that are inexpensive by hotel standards. Highly recommend if you are staying in Minneapolis for the night.

During our recent stay in December, this hotel was kind enough to find a handicap room for me since I had just gotten out of the hospital and was currently using a walker. This room was massive and extremely clean.
We stay at this hotel often and the place is ALWAYS exceptionally clean with high quality mattresses!! Its location gives you easy freeway access to everywhere in the Minneaplis/St. Paul area. Excellent value!!
Most importantly, the staff is the “glue” that makes this place unbelievably special, especially the cleaning and maintenance staff!! They want to please everyone to make your stay more enjoyable.
I certainly hope that the CEO reads this review and gives raises to your staff!! They deserve it…especially a staff woman I met named Nina. These people are super hard workers!! Your lucky to have them!!!

Perfect place to stay before going on a morning flight. The free shuttle is really helpful, and the rooms are comfortable. Their free breakfast is also decent. I didn’t use the pool but it looks really nice. I definitely plan on staying here often.

Great service, friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable room with a restaurant attached. Location to the airport and MOA is a plus as well as the shuttle service.

This hotel has a shuttle to the airport which is awesome! The rooms were just as you would expect a hotel room to be, everyone at the desk was super friendly. I called for a wake up call. They accommoded us very nicely

Very clean very great staff very great breakfast swimming pool is very clean all around the areas very clean love the transportation from the airport to the hotel is great transportation to the mall is very great. I highly recommend.

Staying at comfort inn hotel is one of the greatest hotel I have stayed at, it's one of my favorite hotels I have stayed at. The people at comfort inn hotel are very nice and friendly I would have a friend or someone that has never stayed at comfort inn hotel, cause it's very clean and fresh and friendly and I get a long with the staff and the people who fix on the room and everything else, the shuttle is very nice to ride and comfortable seats

We’re down here for my Mama 68th Birthday!! Woohoo!! Really a great place for the $. They had EVERYTHING they said they would. The breakfast was good & many varieties. The shuttle service is super duper awesome, quick trips to WalMart, Mall of America etc. Outback Steakhouse is connected, don’t even have to exit the building to enjoy great food. They have an indoor pool & the common engagement area is cool. Vending machines had great varieties & stayed full. Families & the working class for the most part. Didn’t see anything off the wall going on, Jamon Galeb (security) was on the job. It was a great stay & I’d definitely come back!!

After the family reunion, 9 of us hardier types went and spent a lovely couple hours in their lovely/comfy lobby. Used the free cups to drink a whole bottle of Basil Heyden bourbon... And no one complained! I LOVE this place!

Very impressed with the staff and the level of competency. For this level hotel, they were very organized and efficient. The shuttle bus runs every 20-30 minutes to/from the airport, just look for the "Comfort Inn / Super 8" bus at the shuttle area in the hotel shuttle pick-up area. The breakfast was good quality stuff too.

The Comfort Inn MSP Airport Mall of America Hotel was the perfect choice for a weekend road trip. The staff and comfortable room were a definite plus to our stay! Breakfast was hot and tasty, pool was large enough for experienced swimmers yet shallow for the newbies to the water. Front Desk Attendant UMESH is a great asset to the Hotels team having patience, professionalism, courtesy and understanding of each guest wants and needs. UMESH ROCKS!

Y'all are kinda mean and needy, except for Dustin and Jane and a few others. My stay was awesome. Super attentive, professional and nice staff including the super cool shuttle driver. The outback steakhouse is right there with great service and food as well. The room was immaculate. I forgot all of my soap and they had lotion, shampoo and conditioner right there. I never get to sleep in king beds and this was the biggest and cleanest bed I e ever seen. No noises, no smells, I'm even thinking about getting a late check out. I can't wait to come back!

older motel but have kept it updated. parking sucked because they had lots of snow piled up in some parking spots.

there is an outback steak house attached to the motel. very convenient for food.

Room clean very comfortable..but the really excellent part was our checking with Nusrat. She was very helpful with printing our boarding passes to helping us get a shuttle back from turning in the rental car. And set up our shuttle for in the morning. Very pleasing personality and excellent customer service

I have no complaints. The room was extremely clean and there was no noise issues. the outback attached is a nice bonus. We came for a family vacation and the mall of America was down the street!

We have stayed at multiple hotels in this area, Comfort Inn was BY FAR our favorite. It was such a wonderful experience. Check in/check out was a breeze, the pool was so warm and perfect, the staff was wonderful, bed was really comfy, and Ben at the front desk went above and beyond with his service. Give that gem of a man a raise! Thank you guys so much for the wonderful stay, we will definitely be back.

Had a really bad flight. Booked a room ticket here due to everyone else being sold out. Somehow I made a mistake and booked the wrong day. The front desk was awsome. They had very few rooms left and none of which what I booked. The gentleman was very friendly and help to make sure I had a room since my next flight was not for 24 hrs. Not only did I get a room but he gave us a upgrade to make sure we were taken care of. Not my usual hotel to stay at, but if I come back I will definitely book here again. The rooms where very clean. The rest of the hotel was the same. Thank you Comfert Inn for a wonderful experience when it was a really bad day!

Star rating based primarily on location and service. It was close to the airport and the mall of America so we went to both.

All the staff that I interacted with were friendly and helpful.

My room was clean and in good repair, though nothing upscale. I did sleep well, it was quiet etc.

Pool was clean, towels were always in stock and not horrible busy.

Continental breakfast had a good variety and I was surprised by that. I've stayed at much more expensive places with less.

Bottom line, I stayed he twice now and would have no second thoughts to staying again myself or recommending. If you want fancy with water slides etc this isn't it. This is simple good value for your money.

This price is in my budget and you get more for your money, than you would at the other local hotels. Complimentary shuttle, convenient vehicle parking, breakfast, pool, and up to date rooms. The staff here is why I will come back.

Room was a bit too humid and damp, not sure why. Other than that, good experience. Outback being attached was great for dinner option, shuttle to the airport full but good. Be sure to sign up for shuttle right away and be in the lobby at least 10 minutes before departure to airport. Desk personnel and shuttle driver very customer service oriented. Room was clean and spacious.
