The staff, very polite and attentive. I needed an early check in. The staff went out of the way too make sure I could get in a clean room. Friendly and personable. Breakfast I had amazing hot waffles and yogurt. Definitely well worth the price. I will most definitely stay here again anytime!! Thanks too all!

Very good quality for the price and, frankly, the area, which has seen better days. Service desk was very accommodating to me under the circumstances. Rooms are updated so while it does have a faint odor of smoke in the hallways, it's far better than other hotels of its vintage, and the TVs are incredible! Bathrooms could use a little refresh, but I could say that about 9/10 motel room bathrooms I've encountered.
Word of warning to the late sleeper: the housekeeping has a tendency to work early (8-8:30 AM), and I was woken up by the cleaning staff opening my door. So you're probably going to want to make liberal use of the Do Not Disturb sign 😂 just to save you any confusion or embarrassment

My stay at the Quality inn was really good. My room was very clean & well equipped with the necessities. I also got a decent room service during my stay. The front desk staff was also very polite & helpful. They have a big breakfast area & serve full breakfast on time. They responded well to my needs. I would definitely come back & highly recommend it to everybody who are looking for a good place to stay with great prices.

We had one of the best stays at the Quality Inn. The check-in process was smooth. The room was very clean. We were very pleasantly surprised by the size of the TV in the room as soon as we walked in. It was huuuuge. The mattess and pillows were very comfortable which made for a good night's sleep. They had full hot continental breakfast in the morning, which was well stocked all the time. And to top it off, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall it was a great stay.

Room:
Daily: clean sheets and tightened up the room for us. Refrigerator, microwave, coffee and tea present. Nice TV with very good quality in HD and good top-stations. Air-conditioning present. No disturbing noise from outside the room although the hotel was fully booked with sport-teams, workers, holidayers and people who were between houses. Fine bed!
Bathroom:
Daily clean towels, combined bath-top/shower, easy to handle. Washbasin and good make-up mirror with correct light. Heating-light present. Nice. (read remark under "hotel")
Breakfast:
bread, cereals, egg, dairy, waffles (allowed to make yourself) coffee, tea and juice. Enough to start your day with sufficient energy.
Hotel:
staff is polite, actually they let you just be the guest. The water in the hotel has chlorine in it. Buy our own bottles with water. Forgotten!? There is a vending machine with all kind of drinks including water. Also a vending machine with all kind of snacks. Free ice-cubes! Big free parking-space in font of the hotel.

This motel is located in peaceful area and their services are very good. Rooms and very clean and good. They provide free breakfast daily.

All of the staff, the manager, were just wonderful. The rooms were clean, Big screen Tv, the bathroom was spotless.The location was pretty easy to find since it's right off the exit. close to downtown Minneapolis, only few minutes drive.

I travel for work all the time spending 10 months of the year in hotels.

The rooms are very clean and housekeeping is very efficient and thorough. The beds are very comfy and this room has a 42' flatscreen tv,fridge,and microwave.

What stands out to me most is the staff. I had a tire go low on my rental car and Mark noticed it and gave me a heads up. I ended up having to put a donut on and after hearing about this Mark took the time and printed off google directions to the nearest tire repair shop. He did this on his own accord and it is much appreciated. Hard to find this kind of above and beyond service these days.

Friendly staff. They take pride in keeping it clean. They are very helpful when checking in. The recent rennovations offer more to do while on a stay.

WOW..... we had such an ordeal with an online reservation. HOWEVER, The gal at the front desk completely handled everything for us so we did not have to spend all night on the phone. In a very short amount of time we were relaxing in our beautiful room. Everything else about our stay here met our expectations. THANK YOU QUALITY INN & CHOICE HOTELS!

Easy in and out, no traffic noise. Polite staff, dog friendly and thoughtful. They put us close to the back door which was very convenient when we needed to take the dog outside to go potty, get in and out of the truck, etc.

Room was clean and had everything you might expect, t.v., microwave and fridge all worked. Its next to a hige FBI building which is mildly amusing, but that became the source of many "Do you figure that guy is a secret agent?" Comments.

Quality INN in BC is the best. The staff are very polite and nice. The owner does a great job of keeping the hotel a great place to stay, even if your just stopping by for the night or need a place to stay for awhile. Thank you!

Great family owned facility. Stayed here a couple of times during the travel.
Aside from couple of drug dealers and few governmental comic characters it’s a good place to spend the night.
Cold orange juice and warm breakfast is where it’s at.

I worked with Gary on a side project for the hotel and he is simply a great guy to work with. Always happy and positive, and it show within his staff that they follow his outstanding example. Thanks Gary!

Very nice rooms with great price. Great service and the breakfast is very good as well I had to book a couple more nights because I wasn't ready to leave. Great experience 💯❤👏👏👏
