Best Western Plus Bloomington Hotel

I had a fantastic stay at the Best Western in Bloomington, MN. Ms. Shannon at the front desk demonstrated exceptional customer service skills even during the busy period. She made me feel welcome despite my initial reservations from reviews. This place is truly excellent. The pool was bustling with families having a great time. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will return as long as Miss Shannon is there!

Wonderful location and facilities. Pool was crowded but big enough to handle the crowds on Christmas vacation. Front desk staff vey helpful. Breakfast area clean and good assortment of choice with eggs, sausage, waffles, pastries. Will return soon.

Flew into Minneapolis to enjoy a Vikings game. Upon arrival Sara checked us into our room.

I had a fantastic stay at the Best Western Plus. The location is fantastic I was able to enjoy dining round the Mall of America before the game without dealing with big crowds and wait time downtown. Having access to a free continental breakfast and pool was a fantastic bonus.

Being the departure point on the blue-line transit guaranteed us to get to the game on time.

The Best Western Plus was the best priced hotel in the area. I would recommend a stay here to everyone.

We wanted a decent hotel close to the airport with a 24-hour shuttle (our flight left early, so we needed a shuttle around 3-4am). We called and booked the same day. Very convenient and the service was good. There is a restaurant right in the hotel (Fogao Gaucho) but it was closed by the time we got there.. closes at 8pm on Sundays. They also have a big indoor pool area that is kid friendly.

Can’t beat the price and location! Rooms were dated but CLEAN! We didn’t use the pool, too busy shopping! The free transportation to and from the mall and airport was great even though you can easily walk to the mall. A mom and 2 teens felt perfectly safe walking around. We’ll be back!

Everything was good , hallway carpet needed updating. I will not take any stars away as that is normal wear and tear on a carpet. Which is expected in the hotel business.

Friendly staff,clean rooms,breakfast choices were good, and the pool area is great. It has a kid area, a pool and a large hot tub. Very close to the mall.

1st off, great location. Next to expressway. Accross the street from the mall of America. Rooms are standard rooms and good enough finishes and decor. They are really a 3 or 4 star on rooms...but the rooms we had were connecting, they were right by the indoor pool and we had a walk out patio so that makes up for the basic room. Service gets 3 stars because it's takes them forever to answer the phone at times and we had to wait longer than anticipated for a shuttle from the airport. Stayed the weekend with my husband and two toddlers. Overall great experience! The pool area was so nice for the little kids, the water was a bit cold but our kids didn’t seem to mind. The breakfast could have been better too. Rooms were so nice and clean. First thing I noticed when I walked into the lobby and to our room was how nice it smelled!

The customer service of this hotel is amazing the manager Reehan is wonderful and I can thank him enough for helping me and my situation. He was just a great guy. Highly recommend staying here. And the person who works with us in the morning and she’s delightful.

We arrived yesterday ahead of schedule but thankfully we met Esra at reception who demonstrated superb customer service/care skills enquiring and sourcing us an early check in. His manner and work ethic are a credit to the hotel. First impressions last and ours certainly will. Thank you Esra.

We arrived hours early and they let us use the pool until we could get a room. The front desk was extremely helpful and polite. The pool area is fantastic they have a pool for the kids, a bigger pool, and hot tub. Towels were stocked. Breakfast was good they replenished foods as needed. The hotel rooms are clean, the decoration is a little dark for my liking but the beds are comfortable. They were able to provide a crib for our toddler to sleep in, we brought our own sheets for that. There are several restaurants in the same parking lot its not far from a walmart, dollarstore. Mall of america is right across the street. We will definitely revisit on our next trip to Mn.

Rooms are small, not tiny but not big either. Service was okay, we asked for extra towels and they took 3hrs to bring them to our room. Location is great, you are literally right across the street from MOA.

Pool and breakfast very crowded but it was a Saturday night. Only 2 towels left at pool at 7pm and not refilled until after 10am next day. Rooms were great - hotel was clean.

We had a great stay here and our 8 yr old LOVED the pool. We were here on a busy Saturday night so there were many kids and families. The pool area was supervised and there is security. We thought it was a fun and very family friendly atmosphere. They close the pool at 10 promptly and everything quieted down right away. Our room had a balcony looking over the pool. Many of the 1st floor rooms go right out to the pool and it seemed like some families were celebrating kids birthdays here. Beds were comfy and the room was clean. We don't go looking under the beds or for dust in the corners like some, but overall it was a nice room, loved the brand of toiletries in the bathroom and also that there was a balcony with chairs and a good little mini-fridge. Great location across from the Mall of America and super close to the airport. You could get here using public transportation-just be careful crossing the street. There is a restaurant connected, but is a Brazilian steakhouse - we didn't go there as it seemed like more than we would have been able to eat. There is a TGIFriday's just next door though. Overall: great place for kids/families. **the hot tub was closed when we were here in mid-May not sure if that is permanent or temporary.

Great location for a hotel around many attractions. Customer service was great, especially Ezra who provided us with a great offer. Breakfast was also a big hit.

The staff was great, and Miguel took care of us above and beyond anything I got from other hotels. Before electing to write a review I happened to glance at others and I don't know where the negative ones are coming from. All of the supplies were kept up, towels plenty, rooms were clean. Breakfast was awesome, not some cheap attempt but a really decent spread. One of our party had a slight issue with their room and when it was brought to the attention of the staff it was addressed immediately, courteously, and handled in a short period of time (which helped with the 2 kids that were with). We get hotels in the area at least once a year for family get togethers, but it's looking like this place is our new go-to spot.

Had a bday party here and was pretty satisfied with how it turned out! Plus their pool is huge. We'll be back to celebrate our next year's bday, again!

Ezra has been phenomenal to work with at this Best Western. He was very accommodating and met my families needs. We will stay here again and highly recommend this hotel!

Had a very enjoyable couple of days here. All the employees were very nice, the pool area was clean and very spacious, and the shuttle services were excellent!
