From the start, beginning with a phone conversation, Shane, showed a personality of enthusiasm for the love of bikes instead of high pressured sales. Shane listened to what I was looking for, answered many “newbie” questions and made the process of buying my first bike more pleasing than a fudge brownie paired with ice cream. Most of my time was spent with Shane but I can tell you my experience with EVERYONE I had a conversation with at Cycle City was a 10/10.
Elizabeth from finance was amazing also. If you’re looking for more of a “family-style” vibe, where you’re treated like family from first contact, great inventory to select from, no pressure to buy but celebratory when you ready to buy your 1st or last, then I recommend Cycle City. This review is based on my own experience, not a review for reward.

Shane and Mike hooked me up with the RC390 for crazy low! Great selection there too. Despite being half the size of simplyride in bloomington they have far more new models.

Called and asked to get a motorcycle tire balanced. Rick ask to leave it with him and it would be done the next day. I arrived and he got it balanced on the spot. Less than 20mins Rick seemed every knowledgeable and polite. thanks for the fast service!

I met Rick Lien, today, as I was bringing (w/o an appointment) my Triumph Tiger for a quick look over since I just purchased it last night and he took care of me and my Triumph better than any other dealer has ever treated me before. I bought a Honda SCL500 Scrambler from City Cycles on the phone. When I arrived to pick it up they had it all ready to go, took a good deal of time with me to go over everything and make sure I was comfortable on the bike and that I was happy. At least four people were dedicated to helping me. It was a wonderful experience, from Marcus Lund in sales, to all who helped, and Paul in Finance. Smooth riding and I was so happy with the whole experience. Highly recommended.
