Lowe's Home Improvement

A very nice place to go shopping if you need lots of home repair items. They have a very decent selection and the store has always been well cleaned and the staff was also very helpful. A little out of the way south of town but they will probably have everything you are looking for and is a great place to shop.

Jennifer answered all my questions and made sure someone was able to help me print new keys! So helpful and kind. She went above an beyond to take care of my shopping needs.

Lowe’s is a great home improvement store with great prices. They have awesome holiday displays for free DIY pictures for your kids or dogs. The store is dog friendly- as long as your dog is Lowe’s friendly!

Staff is friendly and courteous and asks if you need help.

My friend and I came in here to check out dewalt leaf blowers, after 2 guys in garden center told me they didn't carry those🤦‍♀ we decided to check the Dewalt tool area, we found one the guy working that area answered questions on the only Dewalt leaf blower they had, I decided to go home & think about it, on my way out a employee named Rick asked if he could help us with anything, I explained my situation, after returning back to the section with the Dewalt leaf blower, I ended up buying it! I wanted to thank Rick for making me feel super comfortable with my purchase!

Not usually a Lowe’s shopper, but they had something I couldn’t live without - the smoker I didn’t know I needed! - I lingered around the grills/smokers section for awhile, still unsure on how to pull the trigger. After doing a ton of research on comparables, and visiting rival stores like Fleet Farm and Menards… And, after I had watched a few YouTube videos, I ultimately CAME BACK to Lowe’s for the Pit Boss brand smoker, as it had everything I felt like I needed, and should last me 10+ years, easily. I was then greeted by Eric. I was still somewhat on the fence between 2 models, on my phone - doing last minute research. We chatted for a few minutes, and then he ultimately helped seal the deal for me on my new Pit Boss 850 Pro Series.

I was still indecisive when I came back, but after Eric greeted me and walked me through everything, he made the decision for me and I couldn’t be happier. He took care of me throughout the whole process, personally went and grabbed my new grill, offered me some recommendations for my first bags of pellets for it(which I bought). Helped me load it into the car, and even shared some pictures of his own grilling experiences, taught me a few tricks, and assured me I would be happy with my purchase. A+++ experience from Eric. He was there start to finish and really went above and beyond.

I was surprised that they had toys for kids! It was a wonderful surprise since my niece was going with her parents and wanted to spend her bday present from me there!

I decided to make my grandson a Busy Board. That meant I started at Lowe's. They had everything I needed except for a few things I found at Michael's. Best of all, there were two ladies who worked in hardware who had done this before. They had many great ideas and helped me stay within my budget. Thank you, Lowe's staff, and thank you for your military discount!

Initially I wanted to give a 1-star review, and I contemplated even writing this, but the store manager went above and beyond to make my transaction right after a poor experience. I walked away feeling seen and appreciated as a customer.

An item I wanted was marked as clearance online, and the item was only available for in-store purchase so I went to the store, but I was denied the price-match and turned away. I found this extremely infuriating because it was the same model number and only priced for the specific zip code. I ended up calling the next day and spoke with the manager, mainly to understand the decision better. He confirmed the price should have been honored (he wasn't there during the initial encounter) and was super understanding and empathetic of my experience. A portion of my purchase was for a donation, and the manager was kind enough to throw in a couple extra items for me! While I don't typically involve managers, I am so glad I did this time. My experience went from 0-10 and I'm still amazed at his generosity.

Also, a gentleman wearing a Veteran's vest helped unload my items into my vehicle which was very kind and helpful! Thank you, sir!

Purchased a new appliance. Smooth and easy process. Still my go to place for all things DIY.

Super clean store. Got a new fridge. Employee in appliances was super helpful. Had us out the door in less than 15 minutes! Highly recommend.

We were diehard Menards customers. We are doing a huge remodeling project & thought we'd check out Lowe's for blinds. Staff were so helpful & answered all our questions. We were so pleased we've been back 3 times in 2 weeks. The last visit we brought a dishwasher. 😊 It's hard to even find help at other box store & at times aren't always helpful. We plan to purchase the rest of our remodeling needs at Lowe's. Other store has 11% rebate but prices are 15% higher. So you really aren't saving unless it's a clearance item.

Great store with a nice quality.

We went to Lowe's in Rochester on 11/12/2022. We had a lot of items and I intended to pay with my Lowe's card, but I haven't used it in some time and it had been deactivated (I didn't know). Tim was helping us at self checkout and Adam was the manager that got involved to help us. Both of these gentlemen were kind, helpful and went above and beyond to help us and make us feel less embarrassed and frustrated. The customer service we received from Tim and Adam was outstanding and much appreciated. As we went through the store, we were offered assistance in every department- this is why I would rather drive over an hour to Lowes, past Menards and Home Depot- the customer service is top notch and we are treated like we are actually cared about as customers. It's always a positive experience when we've shopped here!

Tim and crew do an awesome job ! I'm at Lowe's about once a week at least. I see alot of the same employees and they remember me and I always remember them. The customer service is great there. I always have great luck with the quality of items I purchase there as well. Tim, the manager always takes the time to say hello everytime he sees me. He even personally will help me many times. Its nice to see a place that still provides great customer service. Another associate, Craig D, is always helpful and very knowledgeable. It always seems that the employees are well trained and can answer the questions, and the rare times they can't they will find out the answer. I just can say enough how much I enjoy doing business with this store. Thanks for everything and keep up the AMAZING work ! Travis.
