I have had DC Annis out twice now over the years to take a look at issues with my main sewer line, in both cases they were especially helpful and knowledgeable. The most recent time Tim came out and helped me with multiple issues and questions, plus figured out what a pipe was for that multiple other vendors weren't able to figure out. Very grateful to DC Annis!

Had a clogged drain. Was able to schedule an appointment quickly. They called and said the tech would be here within 30 minutes and he was. The tech, Michael, was very professional, kind and courteous. He explained what he was going to do before he did it and what it would cost. Once he began working, it took him no time at all to clear the clogged drain. When he was finished clearing the drain, he made sure the area was clean.

I would definitely recommend this company! Everyone was friendly, from the office staff to the tech.

My old house needs some drain help every few years. I’ve used DC Annis several times now. The customer service is spot on, the techs are always well trained, very friendly and professional. I don't know how they compare on price and I don’t care because when you find a great vendor like DC Annis you stick with them. They always deliver.

Fantastic experience! Filled out the website form at 10PM asking for contact in the morning. DC Annis called at 7AM and had a tech scheduled for 8:30! Mike Lassic showed up and did an excellent job, both cleaning out our kitchen waste and clearing the main line to the street. Our filth is now flowing AWAY from the house and it's so nice not having dishwater (and worse) bubbling up in the floor drains. Owning an old house from 1929, DC Annis is just a part of our lifestyle, and we wouldn't have it any other way. Until next time, sending thanks to the whole team!

Great prices and super crew! This is my 2nd time using DC Annis (darn tree roots!) so I wanted to share my great experiences - my cleanout valve is in my newly remodeled walk-in closet in my finished basement. I did not realize how difficult it would be to access that area (all white walls) but Bartholomew made extra efforts using a lot of plastic draping and cardboard to protect my white walls and new white closet units. He was so careful to avoid scratching any walls while carrying down the heavy machinery used to clean out the drain, and he did 2 passes to ensure it was fully cleaned out. Prior to both services I priced 2 other sewer companies and both times DC Annis had much better prices - plus, their customer care is fantastic!

I have used DC Annis for a couple years now and customer service is first class. Operating an ice arena, we encounter a wide range of sewer and drain clogs. The service techs arrive on time, prepared to work, and take care of the issue promptly. What's really impressed me over the years is the professionalism of DC's techs, friendly, personable, and cleanliness. I wouldn't hesitate to call them for any drain issues. Thanks DC!

We had our floor drain back up on a Saturday and called Dc Annis. They had great customer service and were very transparent. We were expecting a few hour wait, but about an hour later I got a call saying they were on the way. Not only was the technician good at his job, but he was also extremely professional! He explained what he thought had happened and help calm the situation. And to top it off, the cost was a lot cheaper than I thought! I will recommend and will use them in the future!

Bart was awesome! Fix my main sewer line that was backing up in less than an hour.

Bartholomew was out this afternoon unclogging our main drain. He was very efficient and professional. Left the work area very clean. If I need this work done again I would ask for him by name!

Joseph came out on a Saturday night for an emergency floor drain call via Centerpoint. We had a new furnace put in a few weeks back by another subcontractor of Centerpoint and had several problems with the condensate drain work they had done, ultimately culminating in a sudden plugged floor drain the very same day the furnace subcontractor had to come out and redo the condensate lines and was messing around near the floor drain (coincidence? doubt it).

In any case, Joseph came out and was personable, professional, and knowledgeable, and didn't act rushed or in a hurry to get out of there. He took time to do a nice job cleaning out 35 feet of drain line, and then spent the time needed to answer all my questions and even draw me a diagram of my piping so I could understand more about my house. After the job was done, he hung around as long as it took so we could fully challenge the drain and throw every feed we had at it to make sure it was adequately flowing and wasn't going to become a problem again; he hung around long enough to not only do that, but to continue just observing the drain for quite a while as we challenged it to make absolutely sure everything was good and I was satisfied. Joseph was top notch, would highly recommend.

We had a terrible experience the night before with a different company, which left our laundry room flooded. The DC Annis tech, Evan, was a breath of fresh air. He was meticulous and professional throughout the service call. Evan listened to us regarding what works best for our situation (unlike the tech from the other company, who did not listen to us, and caused a bigger problem). We were understandably very upset with the botched service the night before, but Evan left us with clean drains and an overall positive experience. Both companies were contracted through Home Service Plus.

Had a very good experience with DC Annis. The technician, Josh, was kind, helpful, very professional, and he tested everything after and made sure it was good to go. I could not be happier with the service I received. All of the "dispatchers" I spoke to were courteous and willing to help. I spoke to two plumbers who were up front about pricing based on the clearing of our main line. Matt ended up coming out and was very professional, respectful, and kept a clean work space. The price I paid was very reasonable. I will be using this company again for any needs that I am unable to deal with myself.

We were trying to find someone who could deal with a very difficult sewer problem. The dispatcher, John, was very professional and courteous. He asked the correct questions to prepare the technician, Josh, to bring the proper equipment to deal with the issue. Josh arrived per the agreed upon schedule and did a superb job. He, too, was completely professional and very pleasant do work with. The job was completed promptly and completely. The charges were very fair and competitive.
From my perspective, this is an excellent company and one I would recommend without reservation.

They did a great job when I got my main drain cleaned last year. Called for an emergency appt and main drain clean once again. The staff is so nice and understanding. Solid professionals and great work, would recommend!

Excellent service from this company. The plumber I called does not snake out main sewer lines. He did, however, recommend that I call D.C. Annis for the best job at the best price. When I made the appointment, I was told up front what the charges would be. Rob showed up on time and was both personable and knowledgeable. He got right to work, solved our problem, and explained the issues clearly when he was done. I hope I will not need to have the main snaked again, but If I do, I will call D.C. Annis

Amazing service. Jesse arrived less than an hour after my initial call. He was very professional and explained everything that needed to be done. The final cost was very reasonable and was less than I was initially quoted. Great customer service. I highly recommend DC Annis.

Just had an excellent experience with DC Annis! They fixed our tree root issue for a reasonable price and slotted us same day due to cancelation. We are back in business on the home front - so back to tackling the laundry! Thanks DC Annis!

I was amazed by their customer service. I had some back-up issues from a toilet on Thanksgiving. The next day, Friday, I called DC Annis. They were extremely busy and told me they would get there sometime betweek 5 PM and 10 PM. They did exactly that. They called me when on their way and got to my house at 8:45 PM and took care of everything. I was shocked at how little they charged especially considering the time of day they came out AND late on a Friday night. Everyone I talked with was cheerful and helpful. Awesome customer service! I can't thank them enough.
