Worked with Alec on an auto loan recently. He was incredibly helpful, professional and responsive.The whole process of purchasing a car was made incredibly easy thanks to his attentiveness.

Simply a fantastic bank, very impressed. I am not even a bank member yet here (will be shortly), but needed to complete a financial transaction with someone who was a bank member, who has a car loan with Wings Financial Credit Union. This Wings location treated me not just good, but actually better than I am by my own bank, and the staff was very knowledgeable, multiple members. Im telling you, if you have the opportunity to bank here I highly suggest it, they just gained a new member in myself after todays excellent customer service and knowledge of my situation. I've been banking with Wings for many years and recommend them when ever I get the chance. I especially appreciated how easy it was to refinance a car a few years ago. This specific branch location is convenient and wait times are only long during peak times like lunch breaks and right after work.

Have never had to wait longer than five minutes in line. The employees are friendly and seem to like their job.

I have worked with the Credit Union for checking, savings, CD's, car loans, home equity loans, ATM cards, credit cards, etc.
They have always been so easy to work with. Any problem I had was resolved quickly and professionally.

I love this credit union. Everyone there is extremely helpful and always very nice. They make sure you are not being just transferred around and will help get your answers. They are fast in their decisions and always make sure to put their customers first. This is the best credit union ever and I recommend it to everyone.

My fiancé and I were recently assisted at the Columbia Heights branch by Matt Lund. He helped us refinance an auto loan and he made the process extremely easy for us. I cannot say enough great things about our experience! He was friendly, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable. If we need financial assistance in the future, we will absolutely trust Matt to help us again!

This bank branch is very handy for me and they treat us like they are related to us there so nice I cannot put one thumbs down on them for any reason everyone there is always been very nice and the bank itself is great when my friend had his account drained by some hacker they replace the money
