I just opened a new account at this branch, accompanied by my father. It was a very transitional moment in my adult life and, although my father was intolerably obnoxious and intrusive throughout the transaction, Joey, the assistant branch manager, endured with great patience to help me become a member of of the TruStone financial family. Thanks Joey. You are a saint.

I visited Trustone late in the day and every employee that helped me was courteous and knowledgeable. Their banking options are very good. All and all it was a stress-free successful visit.

The only good thing about this branch is the management that’s been there for years. The tellers are rude and uneducated or both. I feel more and more like an account number rather then a human in this branch. Making small business owners who have been with the bank for 8+ years feel not at home and un welcome, I will continue to visit northeast branch for the great customer service I receive but TruStone as a whole has been losing its local business charm and customer service the last two years and it’s unfortunate. I left uptown very unhappy with how my experience was handled today.

**** (old review) The best branch with the best employees. From management to employees in training you get treated with the same great service and respect. As a member for my business and personal banking it is a pleasure to stop in this location every time.

The last 4 or more years this has been a wonderful place to do business. All the staff is warm and friendly. People recognize a customer and go out of their way to accommodate guests. Service is personal and pleasant. The staff works to solve problems, not kick matters along the line. This place is reminiscent of the old-fashioned neighborhood bank, where customers and staff feel like part of a community, and not just a financial institution. The staff looks out for the financial well-being of their customers. They are not trying to sell a product or add complications to our financial concerns. Good work, Lyndale branch staff.

Best experience I've ever had with a bank or credit union. Friendliest people who helped me get my credit score up and helped me get over my fear of banking. They know who I am by just seeing my face and know how to help with any issues I have had. Love this place and the people. Excellent credit union overall.

Best customer service!! Oh, I could go into financial details but I'm going to tell this part. Tellers look up and say hi when you walk in, if just for a second when they are busy with other "member". Same employees, low turn over, they remember your name! They refer to you as a member. You No huge counter to make you feel like your an outsider, nice open comfortable space that fit the personality of a non-bank. Grab a water, a coffee, a tiny dumb dumb candy, or a dog treat-yep bring your dog-parking never an issue but walking isn't a problem when they love my dog too! (oh, the make your "check card" with chip on the spot".) Seriously, why would you use a for profit bank?

After talking with Seth for 15 minutes, it was clear TruStone was a better fit for me than the big bank I had been with for 10+ years. Better values and fair rates have led me to move most of my lending and banking here. Highly recommend.

Truestone Financial is the way I always wanted a bank to be. The way banking should be.
The tellers are friendly, curtious and know me by name.
The manager is capable of looking at your needs and working for you to accomplish those needs. They will actualy do research and make phone calls to take care of your banking needs.
Like a real banker , not like other banks I have used where their tellers and managers are like talking to an ATM, for all the good it will do for you.

My Mea cupla: Actually some damn fine people at this CU; 5 day holds are there for a very good reason to protect not just the bank but in this case, my arse as well. I would have been an accomplice to fraud had their hold not been in place. Thanks Trustone sorry for the misunderstanding.

I love this CU, been with them over ten years. They used to be Teacher Federal Credit Union. I reccomend them to anyone looking for or complaining about their current bank.

This is the first time that I can remember since I was had my first bank account that I felt good about that this was the best place to do my banking business with. This is a wonderful feeling for me.
