What can I say, I love being with Midwest Indoor storage but overall the experience has been truly phenomenal and magical with Dustin and as well as Jonathan! I know the team is wonderful and at this place they really care about who they're selecting to represent who they are not only as a company but they're integrity, vibrant personalities and another way to make you smile ☺! I just want to say from the bottom of my heart that you are truly amazing Dustin, you have a sincere heart and a charismatic attribute about you that is rarely seen in this world and from the numerous companies that I personally work with, I know that this is something you just can't come across in this world 🗺 rarely anymore, and I'm very thankful and blessed that I have a chance to work with you! Great service, easy to rent, and great facility. I reserved my unit over the phone and moved in after hours with no issues at all! Facility is clean and secured!

I would highly recommend Midwest Indoor Storage. The building and units are super clean and nice and secure. Love that it is climate controlled. I didn’t know what I was doing and I worked with both Dustin and Jonathon at Midwest Indoor Storage and they answered all my questions and made the whole process easy and stressless. Their customer service is exceptional!

Taylor and the crew at Midwest Indoor Storage have been amazing to work with! They have been so helpful with meeting our storage needs for our move and the customer service is top notch! The South facility was always clean and well lit each time I stopped in and the availability of carts and flatbeds was a nice treat and very useful! We were able to load and unload quickly and efficiently.

Best rental place I have ever used by far!! When I first went in to rent a unit it was not your typical impersonal business deal of take your money hand over the keys be on your way. The lady who helped me was incredibly kind and we ended up just having some good ole conversation. I felt like much more than just another customer and that's what always means so much to me when businesses put that effort in. I will continue to use this storage facility as long as I live where they are available!! The buildings are kept very clean, the temperature is always very comfortable and there's a good amount of choices for carts to help you move your items.
Will 10/10 recommend this place to anyone !

The facility is excellent as are the staff I interacted with, i.e., Tayler and Nicole. Setting up and closing out the storage unit was easy and the convenient placement of the large overhead door, hand trucks, dollies, etc. make moving in and out easy. The place is well lit and the security is top notch. The storage unit was clean when I moved in and the air filtration system prevented any dust buildup on our belongings, even after 19 months of storage. Special shoutout to Nicole that checked my lock the day after I moved in and noted that the door was not completely secured, fixed it, and let me know. I would recommend this facility to anyone.

Rochester Indoor Storage has been a great company to work with. The facility is well maintained and monitored. The elevator access along with facility dollies and carts makes moving items to an upper level convenient and hassle free. Billing is straight forward and the owner is available to address questions or concerns. I'm blessed to have found this place. Definitely recommend it!

I only used the facility for a short time but I chose them based on price compared to other facilities, location and ease of use (24-hour entry, climate controlled, available carts, etc.). I was very happy from start to finish with the kind and helpful staff, the seamless paperwork and payment system and the cleanliness of the facility. Convenient location and great facility. I've been renting a storage space from Rochester Indoor Storage for several years now, and love their service. Making payments is convenient, you can make payments online easily. The facility is clean, temperature controlled and secure.

Rochester Indoor Storage is very easy to work with and accommodating. I needed an extra storage until the day before my move and they set it up so quickly with padlocks there onsite. It is clean and climate controlled. No contract and easy automatic payments!

Hands down thee best climate controlled storage unit facility and staff I've ever had pleasure using. Nicole is the kindest and most helpful when I wanted to see units and sizing she got me code to see in person even when it was after hours. Got into a unit and no problems at all. The CLEANEST, SAFEST, climate controlled, well lit, price is right :), most helpful staff ever. I've rented in different states and different places and this is by far the best ever. Don't hesitate to ask questions or contemplate on them because Nicole will seriously help and answer anything. :) you won't be disappointed! Best service. Friendly and safe.

We’ve been using Rochester indoor storage for the past 7 months and have had no issues. They’ve been easy to work with, reasonably priced, and our items are safe in their climate controlled buildings. Highly recommend.

Nicole has a very quick response with questions and has been very accomodating. I have worked with another storage facility and Rochester Indoor Storage is the only one I would trust my storage needs with. The facility is extremely clean and secure. The temperature and humidity are by far more regulated than my last facility as well.

I’ve had a space for 2 years now and have always been happy with Nicole and the space. Clean, secure and great communication. Also, their website makes it easy to make payments or adjustments. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a storage space!

This is a great place to store your belongings! It's heated, air conditioned and is always clean. The management is very responsive. I've been renting a unit for 3 years and only one price increase. Highly recommend!

Clean, polite, EXCELLENT customer service. I spoke with Jonathan today at the Southwest location, excellent customer service skills, very polite and enthusiasm in his voice.
