Got some fantastic deals for the holidays and the cashiers were super friendly and helpful! The gal at Sophora was also very helpful and friendly.

Found exactly what I was looking for and then another item that I came across and liked so bought it too.
Finally the person I checked out with was very helpful and pleasant. He had checked me out the day before and same thing…very pleasant. And he went out of his way to help me with my transaction.

I drove out the Kohl's store in Owatonna which is an hour away from my place in Rochester MN to pick up a couple of holds which weren't available in my local store. The lady who I spoke with over the phone retrieved my two items and put them on hold. When I arrived at this store they were available and when going through checkout I received excellent customer service from Diamond who was able to figure out all the discounts codes and etc helping me save money. Humans are sooo much better than machines. The people at this store were great especially when they were probably under so much stress due to the holidays and etc. Thank you so much.

Excellent store to make purchases because their product selection is simply the best with great customer service. I know this because my wife shops there at least once a week and never leaves the store without purchasing something that she needs!!

I love this place. Dress and makeup collections is too good. Different kinds of chocolate collections as well.

I wish you had a store in Austin, MN. You could be King of the Hill as we don't have a nice department store like Kohl's. There is even space avaiable, a vacant former Younkers Dept. Store.
