Great location appears to be going through some renovations. Staff were very nice again this trip and it’s a good home base for us while visiting family in the area. Have stayed here many times and will continue to do so.

Nice, clean, quiet. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great! The location is easy to get to.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We arrived couple of hours early and they accommodated an early check in for us. Front desk representatives were very nice and professional (Special thanks to Luke and Justin). The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was nice. The hotel is very close to the highway which was great. Definitely recommend it!

Location is right off 494. The pool is small and a little cold but the kids didn't mind. They played a lot. The hot tub was perfect and quite large. Rooms were of good size and clean. Overall it's a nice hotel.

We had a hotel block for our daughter's volleyball tournament this past weekend. The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly, check in in was fast and easy. The room was very clean, comfortable, and easily fit all 5 of us! Great place to stay!

Excellent stay. Clean room. Nice pool but the hot tub was a bit on the cool side. Staff was touch and go. Nice easy location to get to. 13 miles from U.s. Bank Stadium. Solid breakfast.

Went for a mini honeymoon and had a blast. The room was clean and smelled good upon check in which was super easy and friendly. Room was in a quiet spot that let us get a lot of rest after seeing the sights in town. I will definitely be back.

Everything was great, except we were on the first floor and the heard of elephants that were above us were out of control. No sleep, jumping, bouncing, running all night and all day. Very annoying. It sounded like our ceiling was going to collapse.

Wonderful stay here. Lobby is cozy and welcoming. Room was exceptionally clean and well maintained. Beds were comfortable and the TV provided many options for entertainment. Quick front desk service. Fabulous breakfast selections- eggs, meat, and potatoes and coffee that was strong.

Quiet, comfortable hotel conveniently located near the Carlson Towers in Minnetonka off 494 and 394. Check in and check out was quick and easy. We stayed in a "king suite" which was generous in size, there was plenty of room for our family of three. They gladly provided a crib at no extra charge. Having a microwave, coffee maker, and mini fridge were great bonuses too. There is an attached restaurant as well as indoor pool and hot tub, which you called to reserve a 90-minute time slot ahead of time. It was very easy to reserve pool time and they were never fully booked during our stay. The lobby was nice, the room was decorated modernly but could use a face lift. Overall, I'd highly recommend this hotel!

The overnight front desk attendant was helpful and kind, helping us get checked in late into the night.
On the second night of our stay, my partner and I were woken up to the fire alarms on our section of the first floor going off at around 12:45 AM. The hotel was having some technical difficulties, and this continued for over 30 minutes. The front desk attendant was running everywhere trying to get this resolved, and eventually did, but my partner and I were only able to stand outside during this time to escape the constant blaring of the alarms.
I brought this up to the front desk attendant in the morning and he was very apathetic towards us. If this is the service I can expect from an international hotel group, I will be avoiding these brands in the future.

Very good value for price. Bed was comfortable, room was clean. Offered bag breakfast on way out. Staff was polite.

We decided to get a room and stay the night after the Celebration of Life gathering that was held at Grizzlies attached to the hotel. The room was very clean and beds were super comfy.
The only complaint I would have is that there wasn't any toilet paper in the bathroom and I had to wander the building to find a staff member to get me some.
Otherwise our stay was very nice

Kerrion at the front desk is a prime example of grace under pressure. We had a minor issue with our door lock and the way he dealt with us all while running the show by himself was impressive to say the least. Room is clean and the amenities are great. Definitely would return.

We came here during a roadside emergency and we had excellent customer service. The staff were friendly and took good care of us. I would definitely stay here again.

We found this hotel to meet all our needs and then some! Very comfy and clean with friendly and helpful staff. The real plus was a great breakfast! All for an unbelievable low price!! Lucked out on this place.

Fabulous hotel with the friendliest staff. I was welcomed with the smell of freshly baked chocolate chip cookies. The room was spacious, nicely decorated and had darkening shades I like. Pool was a little chilly but hot tub was nice. Breakfast was plentiful with eggs, sausage, pancakes, waffles, fruits, good strong coffee with flavored creamers.

The staff at check-in and check-out are very friendly.
Have never had a bad stay at this hotel.
The breakfast is pretty good too.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Kids enjoyed the pool. Lobby always has beverages and cookies. I appreciated the variety of herbal tea available. The location was very convenient to where I needed to go. Room have plenty of towels. Free breakfast was nice and staff very friendly. Internet was free and allowed me to take care of business.
