Smith Veterinary Hospital has amazing staff and they take amazing care of your furbabies. We come from Rochester to get care here. High quality staff and services. We had our miniature schnauzers' ears cropped here, and we are so pleased with the care and results!

Very happy to have chosen Smith Veterinary! They preformed our dobermans ear cropping flawlessly. Checked in a few times after the procedure before the stitches had to be removed! Amazing talent and very knowledgeable for any doberman owners it's hard to find a reliable vet that can do this perfect!

Very professional and friendly as well as informative. They worked our Doberman puppy in to get his ears done with no problems and did a fantastic job. Would highly recommend this clinic! Thank you !!!!!

Dr Anderson is an excellent, compassionate and understanding veterinarian. She is always very thorough and is outstanding in her ability to quickly diagnose and treat her patients. Her technical and support staff are also excellent and very caring. My dog really enjoys coming to this clinic. He is now 11 years old and is in as good if not better health than he was a year prior

They squeezed us in and was never rushed through the appointment. Listen to all the issues we had and took very good care of our pup!! Very nice and caring staff.

We have been taking our pets to Dr. Fran & Dr. Janine for many years. We would not even consider going anywhere else! The doctors and the staff are all super caring and compassionate! Shout out also to Dr. Julie, who recently joined the practice following Dr. Fran's retirement. While we will miss Fran greatly, Dr. Julie is awesome! Thanks to all of you for taking such good care of our pups over the years!

We've been going to Smith Veterinary Hospital for the last 5 years--we even moved further away but I'll make the drive every time! The staff is so welcoming and I've received lots of care, education and laughs from both veterinary providers ❤ there is no one else that I trust more to care for my babies!

Dr. Smith and her whole team are AMAZING!!!! I’ve had my doggie for 10 years, and after meeting with Dr. Smith, she taught me cool ideas that I never knew about! She provides top of the line expertise, and she has been extremely fair with us when it comes to costs of service. She is super smart and explains things very well!!!! I wish we had found her when our dog was a puppy!!!

I love Smith Vet! I regularly see Dr. Anderson and Dr. Smith for my 3 Irish Water Spaniels. My one boy is reactive and they have gone out of their way to work with him and not make his visits more stressful. The vets are honest and won’t tell you what you want to hear, but they will tell you what you need to hear. I appreciate their frankness and that I always feel like they have my dogs’ best interests in mind.

I love Dr. Smith. She is an extremely knowledgeable vet with kind and caring professionals. We had an amazing experience with Dr. Smith. This was our first litter of puppies and she was so helpful with getting our dog pregnant, care and feeding of her and the puppies; and being available for questions at anytime.

I have been very happy with the care our dogs have received at this clinic. The veterinarians and staff are highly skilled, great with animals and people. We've had all ages and stages of life treated at this office and highly recommend them. Hope you'll give them a try.

We've been patients of Dr. Fran and now, Dr. Jannine for over 20 years. They've helped us through dogs and cats with special needs, end of life decisions, behavioral issues, and everything in-between. We trust them and their outstanding staff implicitly.
Our current menagerie are all rescues and all healthy. Just had our 10,000 bark and meow check-ups with Dr. Julie, sitting on the floor, covered in Basset Hound fur. The human medical system could learn a lot from these lady vets!

Dr. Smith was very thorough, warm, and gentle during her exam of our dog. She explained everything thoroughly, giving us treatment options and advising us to think about how to proceed once we received the test results. She also provided a detailed summary of the exam.

I refered my neighbors who were unhappy with their current vet to her as well.

Everyone was very friendly and the clinic/hospital were very clean.

Smith has a good team who care about the owner and the pets. The work to create a relationship with the pets to keep them calm(or they just like my pets a lot). I am very happy with their services and will continue bringing my pets here.

I absolutely feel so safe trusting my furry babies lives with these amazing people. Everyone from the check in to the moment I leave I know they have my pets best interest in mind. I have been to so many vets seeking answers for my pets medical issues and after one visit we had answers. They have the technology and knowledge to do what's best for your furry member of the family. I absolutely love Dr. Anderson and Dr. Smith. I could just hug all the vet techs. My only regret is not finding out about smith veterinary hospital sooner.

We have taken both of our dogs to Dr Smith for years and we will never go any where else. She has always been honest even with our one dog who has had multiple health issues over the years. She has always been honest with us even when the news was hard, and always makes us feel like everything will be okay, and gives us all the options and helps us stay level headed. There is no one else I will ever bring my dogs too.

We have been going to the Smith Vet Clinic for many years and have always received caring, knowledgeable treatment from Dr.s Smith and Anderson. They really know their stuff. Also, we have always had Dobes, and they do the best ear crops! We highly recommend them!
