Thank You-Dr. Schuster for getting my Hypo Thyroid under control. The staff in this office are always so polite and willing to help. Thanks-for the Cheerful Smiles and Kindness when checking in ladies.

Don't listen to the negative people. This office is great! Very comprehensive exams, sweet nurses, beautiful building, free underground parking for patients!

The staff is very friendly and easy to work with. They make picking up the phone to get information easy!

I have seen this doctor about 15-20 times over the last five years. He is kind and thorough. I have never waited more than 10 minutes. His office help is excellent. It is always very routine - for thyroid. He does lab, refills rx, but then, I have to go back in four months for another lab, another refill. I do think he is over booking office visits as a means for income, and hyper-vigilant about checking my labs before being willing to refill my simple levothyrozine -- I gave 3 stars for this reason only. Otherwise, I would have given 5.

1st visit was left in gown in freezing room for over an hour with no one checking on me. No apologies. Called to ask if could get my labs and was told had to come in or could not get MY lab results that had to be drawn at his clinic when had already been done at my clinic where covered 100%. Again waited over 45 minutes for him to walk in and say your tests are normal and give no help for my symptoms and walk out and send me a $426 bill to pay!! Both times front desk having great time socializing and not making me feel any better about my time I am wasting. Would not recommend this provider. I am a RN and am a compassionate person and you are not going to get treated with compassion here.

I was extremely hopeful walking into this appointment only to find that this Doctor would not listen to me. They made me come in for my lab results which I was told were concerning yet when I came in was told I am fine! Then I was told to come back in to have the same blood work done without being given any other recommendations for help with my symptoms. I would not recommend...the bill was astronomically high as well!

I had the same experience as Hannah. I actually was very uncomfortable as he had me doing things in my "gown" that was half open in the back, that didn't seem to me to be necessary for a thyroid appointment. I also had to come back in for lab results. They made it sound like they had found something and yet I went in only to find out that my levels were "normal. They were in the mid range and obviously that isn't MY "normal".
I just want to find someone to help me so I can lose weight and get my thyroid under control! Why does it have to be so difficult?!

I had one appt with Dr Schuster over 20 years ago. I never went back because I was really uncomfortable having to undress and put on an open back gown...he had me walking around the exam room while he watched etc...was so creepy...have a new endocrinologist for last 25+ years who has never asked me to undress and gown up or ever acted inappropriately.

I’m sorry to say but Dr. Schuster, I believe, should have retired many years ago. His practice is very outdated, he seemed quite confused, and really had no clear answers to help my thyroid issues. Nice enough man, but didn’t even use a computer for his work, and the long wait times each visit really were not professional. I do no recommend this practice at all.

This clinic completely advised my wife to stop taking her meds to get a baseline. This completely debilitated my wife to the point of her NOT able to get out of bed. It took her several months to get her back to health.
