Walgreens

This was our local pharmacy when we lived in Edina from 2011 to 2019. Kris was so helpful the entire time we shopped at Walgreens. I went into the store a few weeks ago when we were back visiting and was happy to see that Kris was still there and was as helpful as ever. He goes above and beyond normal customer service.

Small footprint, small parking lot with one way in one way out, very congested neighborhood

Pharmacy cannot handle amount of business they get. Had to have a simple topical prescription sent out because they were out of stock. Then had to call 3 business days later to get an update. It showed up today and after waiting in line twice, it was ready for me. I should have been able to check out as soon as it was ready, but the gal told me I had to get back in the long line to check out. After years of being happy with them, I will not be using them any longer.

Worst experience ever at a Pharmacy, lied about my prescription being sent there. This late 50 something told me I had to wait 25 minutes for it. It was confirmed at another Walgreens Pharmacy, the above Pharmacy had processed my medication & accredited it with my personal insurance. I don’t recommend wasting any time here, and save yourself 45 minutes extra.

Horrible costumer service at the pharmacy. For the first time ever I was asked for my ID which I left in the car. Made me run to my car to get my ID, when I came back I ended up at the end of the line and with a different staff member which didn’t even look at it. Get it together!

This is literally the worst pharmacy in Minneapolis. Endless waits, missing prescriptions, and poor customer service.
