I love how meticulous and articulate Romey when she was doing my hair. She was detailed in every way from sectioning to color my hair through the end of my hair cut style. She makes me feel that I achieve the color and cut I like, and I absolutely loved it. She is amazing. Will definitely come back for her service again.

Wonderful experience! Reception was very welcoming and Cymon was incredible! Even though it was our first time meeting, I didn't feel pressured to talk the whole time, she was very kind, welcoming, and very skillful. She listened to what I wanted and my concerns with my hair and cut/styled it perfectly! She also used products to help address my concerns and i was able to see how to use them before purchasing. Definitely will be coming back!

I cannot say enough about Courtney, she is THE best in every way. She listens, she is very knowledgeable in all aspects, she thinks/plans ahead, she's a true leader and much like a mind reader anticipating my needs and much more. I have very thin hair and she has always tried to figure out products and/or different types of extensions that may benefit me. Courtney is super fun to be around, she's professional, fun and funny. I could go on and on about Courtney and her abilities as a stylist. It always makes my day when I am with her at Reflect Salon.

Kimberly is always so pleasant, knowledgeable and skilled. My skin feels clean, refreshed and moisturized after her services. Her upper body massage during a facial is an added bonus!

Abby is a 10/10 for me - she has transformed my hair over the last three years and I look forward to seeing her every 12 weeks. Absolutely adore her and plan to stay with her for as long as she’ll keep me!

Hope takes her time finding out how i liked my hair from the last visit and what i am looking for at the current appointment. she really listens and is so caring and compassionate and wants to be sure I am happy with my hair. She has a very kind heart as well as being a great colorist.

I highly recommend getting a facial with Troy. I have struggled with persistent dry, red, irritated skin on my face for years. When I left the spa my skin was soft and smooth, and the redness and irritation were completely gone. It’s been a week, and using the products he recommended for me has kept my skin looking like it did the day of my appointment. It was a such a relaxing and positive experience. Troy is a miracle worker!

I have been a client for 11 years and would never go anywhere else. The level of customer service is superb. Julie has been my hair artist for about 5 years and she is incredibly talented.

Ashlee was great! She took time to find out what I desired, asked for my input during the session and explained what she was doing throughout the appt. She was very friendly and outgoing and did a wonderful job with the cut and color. It was a very relaxing and enjoyable visit!

Reflect does an excellent job from start to finish. My daughter and I have seen different stylists over the past couple of years and they have all been amazing. Currently, my daughter sees Jenna and I see Maddie for haircuts/highlights and they both do a fantastic job. The front desk is always helpful and professional. I highly recommend Reflect Salon, love them!

My first time at this salon and came in for a massage. Zach did an amazing massage! I’ll definitely back!
The only thing I would recommend is people in other rooms and outside of massage rooms use their quiet voices. :)

Really enjoyed chatting with Paula! Thanks to her judgement & expertise, I got a hair color that suits me & looks great! Her assistant, Ally, was cheerful & helped answer questions I had about products. They both made the experience a good one.

Randi always takes great care of my feet and provides excellent nail care with very professional results. She is very pleasant to meet with and is very kind, fun and caring!

About a month ago, I visited the Maple Grove Reflect to start the balayage process on my hair as I had a goal I wanted to work towards that I knew would take a few sessions. The day after the very rushed appt that used a process to Balayage I had not seen before I noticed the color was drab and the way it sat on my hair was in very noticeable chunks with missed spots and striped areas all throughout. I called to see if this was typical for a first time balayage appt that was working toward an end goal and I was told it was not. The receptionist was super kind in helping me try to schedule to come in and get it fixed on the week before Thanksgiving. the stylist I used offered to come in on her day off to fix it saying it would be a 'simple fix' but, I instead decided to go with the only other open appt with a new stylist at Plymouth, Caitlin. My meeting with Caitlin was amazing, I felt like she truly listened to my concerns and she brought an experienced stylist into the conversation. I learned the process that the other stylist took is a type of way to do balayage called 'open air' but, typically takes much longer then the 120 mins we were scheduled. Caitlin worked very hard with care and her time (3 hours!) to fix my concerns and was so easy to talk to. I really appreciate her work and was very happy with how my finished product turned out. I plan to continue to see Caitlin for the rest of my balayage process.

Sheila hit all the spots that needed work. Always feel better coming out of the massage. The environment is very calming and welcoming

This was my first visit to this salon (1/27) and I will be returning for Ashlee. Her professionalism, talent, and knowledge were very helpful. She also left me feeling myself with my haircut - I love it!! She helped me feel comfortable in a very short amount of and gave my hair the time and attention it needed. Reflect Salon is lucky to have Ashlee on their team!

It’s always a pleasure to get my hair done by Andi. I’ve gone to her for almost 8 years. After about a year, I moved a ways from the salon, but I still keep driving out because there’s no one else I’d rather see!

Amy Jo was amazing at helping my daughter with her first haircut. Amy Jo is always great but went above and beyond to make her feel comfortable!

It was a lovely experience in the salon from the greeting at the front desk, the tea provided, and the stylist did a great job on my updo!

First visit - Amy Jo took the time and listened to what I wanted. She asked me about the color choice I requested and we discussed it; she was correct when she stated it would have been too dark for me. I love the color and cut - would highly recommend her.
