If you are looking to purchase or sell a home, I could not recommend a realtor anymore then I do Anthony with Action Plus Realty. There whole operation is extremely professional, from response times, to flexibility. Buying and selling a home is an extremely stressful time, but they truly made the process enjoyable and easy. If you’re looking for a realtor look no further, I’ll be recommending them to all my friends and family that are in the market.

This business was a pleasure to work with, everything happened efficiently and effectively with the buying of my first home. I have never met better realtors than Anthony and JoAnn.

I can’t speak to buying/selling, but I have rented from one of the properties they list. During my time renting I experienced the following:

1. My unit needed major repairs beyond the quirks of an older building, and to the best of my knowledge, they were going unaddressed.
(The heat was way too hot with no way to turn it down, windows filled with paint chips and needed to be propped open, peeling kitchen counters, lots of rust, washer & dryer were often not working, continuous plumbing issues, water damaged ceilings, etc.)
2. Maintenance/solutions were often not timely. Some was due to poor communication between staff, but I also feel like though management was responsive, solutions were stalled because they were exhausting the cheapest options that often were not the most effective, dragging out the process. As a tenant this left me without access to basic amenities (oven, fridge, hot water, sinks) for days or weeks.
3. Management took repair costs (usually covered by management) out of my deposit without communicating that to me.

My unit was charming and spacious & management was friendly, but I would recommend considering the items above before renting.
