Ms. Foemmel is an exceptional realtor, powerful advocate, and so hard working, zealous, energetic, and knowledgeable, that one may wonder whether she is part super-hero. Ms. Foemmel exhibits dedication and interest to her clients in an authentic way. She is just overall wonderful to work with in every capacity!
As first time homebuyers entering a turbulent and competitive market last year, Ms. Foemmel educated and guided us through with care. She took much time and consideration in showing us homes which would meet our needs, listened actively to our questions and concerns, and always kept our best interest in mind. Ms. Foemmel exhibited passion and professionalism in every part of the home-buying process. Her energy and enthusiasm for her craft are undeniable.
Ms. Foemmel is also an effective communicator and kept very frequent contact with us in all parts of the buying process. When a deal on our prospective home wavered, Ms. Foemmel helped us navigate through the issues successfully. Kim did a great job selling my home in Hopkinton. She suggested a few small improvements and provided a contractor to get them done so I didn't have to find one myself. She chased down all the little things that had to happen to make the process quick and easy. She even did some minor staging to help my house look as attractive as possible for the open houses. For the listing, she works with a great photographer who uses a drone to capture images from above. I would recommend her to anyone thinking about selling a home.

We had great experience working with Kim for our house hunt. We are first time home owners now and Kim was very pro-active quick, and patient with helping to answer any doubts, questions etc. She was very thorough and diligent with her research on potential houses that we showed interest in, always tried to put positives/negatives in perspective so we could take a fully informed decision. After interviewing a couple of local agents, my husband and I chose Kim Foemmel to represent us in selling our home. We could not be more pleased with her skills, strategy, and expertise in helping us navigate the whole process. She had access to contractors when we needed quick repairs before putting the house on the market. Kim also helped stage our house and her photographer did an excellent job highlighting its appeals. We were initially concerned about putting our house on the market in the middle of summer when sales start to slow down. However, we had 3 very well-attended open houses during the first weekend, and had 3 written offers to review by Tuesday evening. In the end, our house sold above asking price. Even though Kim went on vacation in August just before we were closing, she was still available for answering questions and handling issues that invariably come up in selling a home. We would definitely hire her again!

We bought a house using Kim Foemmel as our realtor. Kim went above and beyond for us doing market research in many towns as we were not quite sure where we want to live. When we were looking at houses Kim was never pushy but always gave an honest opinion. She let us know pros and cons of the houses and areas along with things that may come up in the home inspection based off what she saw. It was like having a friend be our realtor. Buying a home can be a stressful experience but Kim was able to turn it into a pleasure and low stress transaction. She is super hard working and will evaluate the comps thoroughly for you to make sure you get the best price for your home and also to make sure you offer correctly on your next home. She gives great advice on improvements you could make to increase your home's valuation. Kim, has been a great help to us from the start. When we were interviewing seller agents to she showed us the most professionalism. She did good presentation of her and related company services, did sufficient research with local market conditions to come up with our home sale price range. Was very responsive every time we needed her and did a good negotiation for us with the buyers. Got us the offer which we accepted happily and finally sold the house. Overall besides being very professional, Kim is a good person at heart. I would definitely recommend her to friends and others and would love to work with her again.

Kim Foemmel exceed all expectations we had on selling our home. Her market knowledge, pleasant demeanor and vast network make selling our home easy. Kim communicated with my wife and I daily. We met Kim at another agent's open house. She was there to help show the home and as we talked with her I could immediately tell she had a good head on her shoulders. I would HIGHLY recommend her if you are looking for an agent who really listens to what you need and works tirelessly to get there, not just what she wants you to do.
