I made a purchase online because another store told me they didn't have the item. I was in the other store and saw that they did have the item, and it was on sale. I went to Michael's feeling badly that I had to pick something up and return it immediately. The young man at the counter was so polite and helpful. I told him that he had very good customer service skills. I don't know if this can get back to him, but it was Michael's in Maple Grove, Minnesota, and the gentleman had very long, long hair.

Tis ok but i wish they could sell individual fabric markers. Ir at least give you a deal for buying 5 markers like 5 markers for the price of 4 or something swanky

This location has an amazing team! They go above and beyond to make sure you are happy. They value you as a customer!

If you're going for yarn, this isn't the place.

But if you're going for Halloween supplies and other crafty things including flowers, drawing and baking, this is great.

Unfortunately, I was going for yarn at the time. Rating 5 stars because for the other things, this location is rad.

I love going to Michaels whenever I start a craft or decorating. They have such fun ideas and products. Absolutely love getting in to check out the Halloween products every late summer/fall

Family owned and run business that takes very good care of you and does a fantastic job on nails and eyebrows! They also get you in and out very efficiently versus some places I have gone where they say a short wait and it is not. Highly recommended and the only place I go in the area for nails.

Very good variety of items and 90% of them were on sale.

The staff here were quite helpful. I happened to lose my debit card while shopping around the area, one staff member was pretty kind; kind enough to calm me down and walk me around and help me find it. We didn't end up finding it but she was nice to do that and I envy that behavior in an employee. Only part I don't like about this is how the set up the pens, they're all layed out for people to test and use which is a nice thing. However that causes people to use them all up so when you buy them they're basically already out.

Go online or download the app to get coupons for your visit - you always have them at your fingertips! This store tends to be very popular and busy. If they are out of something you need, check the Plymouth Michaels, they tend to be more stocked. Really impressed with the younger people (teens/20s) who work at the Maple Grove location. The newer self-checkout option actually works pretty well.

Huge selection of craft items, & you can usually save even more with an online coupon. Employees are helpful & friendly!
Update 2022: first time here for a while, now there are self checkout stations available if you're someone who prefers to do that instead of having a human check you out

I love Michael's They have a good supply of art supplys better then hobby lobby. But not as large as bliicks art supplys. Each store is different some are larger some smaller .

This store is always clean and organized. Employees are always readily available to help... and if they don't know something, they find someone who does!

Most wonderful staff! I showed up early for my pickup order and they promptly went and got the order for me. Both employees I interacted with were friendly and helpful!

A must go too place for crafting needs. I was looking for cake decorating supplies they had it. I need a print framed they did it. They have a framing preview device so you can see what it looks like before hand. They also have a great selection of home decorating items.

It's a nice store but it may take a while to find what you need. Staff are very friendly and helpful. A bit on expensive side, but you may use their app (and patience) to find very good deals.

I had a half dozen returns and a cart full of paint to buy. I got to the checkout at close with a few people behind me. This caused another employee to have to open a register for them and other employees dashed to put my returned items away. I walked out at 9:20, being the worst customer to arrive late on z Sat night. Still, all of them were very patient and polite and wonderful! Thank you so much guys! I have triplets and precious little time for errands or I wouldn't have done that to you. Thank you so much for being so great about it!
