Hampton Inn Minneapolis Northwest Maple Grove

Our room (4th floor) was excellent! It had just recently been remodeled, so it even smelled new.

Walking distance to several places such as Famous Dave's, Best Buy, and Chuck E Cheese.

The breakfast was really good, but the eating area isn't very big, and even smaller when all the tables are full of people just talking, but that's a people thing.

Took a trip to train with my new employer...and flew this time! (Became a flying squirrel!) Hotel is going through some upgrades and are painting at this moment...(March of 24) so don't be shocked by a bit of blue edging tape and hanging fixtures. The Registration desk people are very attentive, and the dinning area is clean and looks accommodating! Very easy access to local shops if you have a gps!

Rooms were clean and contained all the necessary amenities ( fridge, microwave, coffee machine). The check in process was simple and the attendant was professional and courteous. The only downfall was the access to the parking lot being on the backside of the building. I would also recommend having a room located on the backside of the hotel. Our room window overlooked the interstate and we could hear every 18 wheeler downshift when going down the decline on the 94/494 split.

We enjoyed staying at this hotel. The staff was extremely friendly. The room was updated and very clean. There was a variety of options for breakfast. The shower pressure was fantastic!
We'll definitely stay here again.

Hilton staff was friendly and helpful and the accommodations were comfortable and clean. The dining options locally are about as good as anyone could hope. Lots of local options as well as franchises all right there.

Very friendly staff and clean place. Breakfast was excellent and they always kept it full... just wish they had another waffle maker. A few people left because they didn't want to wait. Rooms were clean. Beds were a little hard. But would definitely use again.

We made a mistake and booked our room here instead of Brooklyn Park. Front desk clerk was so helpful, so kind so understanding of our situation.

We were very happy with this hotel. We stayed for 3 nights and it was great. Very clean, helpful staff, and great breakfast. Pool was perfect temp for swimming and hot tub was nice and hot. It seemed they had plenty of staff- nothing was lacking. All the staff we encountered were very friendly. Also great location right off I-94, yet we didn’t hear road noise at all in our in room.

Rooms are basic but very clean and comfortable. Customer service was/is great!
Breakfast was perfect with no complaints from the kids! Pool was open late which is a bonus!!

Stayed at this hotel after The Cure concert and left my Doc Marten boots in the room. I called them, and they immediately found them. We offered to pay for them to mail the boots to us, but they took care of the cost. Super nice people and incredible customer service. So thankful to them!!!

I stayed here for a night everyone was amazing the rooms were clean nice pool was clean I had an issue with a charge the general manager was amazing and took care of it right away would definitely recommend staying here

Had a wonderful stay! This hotel has such friendly and helpful employees. One in particular named Jamear.

Met him in the hallway and asked him where the elevators were. It was a very simple question but his demeanor and overall kindness was so refreshing.

Seeing employees like Jamear, who are happy to be working, always leaves such a good impression. It just shows this specific hotel really treats their employees well. Knowing that a business provides their employees with a positive work culture that is something that is important to me as a guest. I could tell by our brief interaction this establishment provides that for their employees.

All he did was smile and show me where the elevators were but his positive attitude made my day and left me with an overall wonderful experience during my stay.

I highly recommend and will be staying here again in the future.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Zak checked us in and represented the Hilton brand as well as any customer service / front desk administrator could. As soon as we walked on we were greeted with a smile and hospitality. We used points for this stay, but plan to use more often as we visit the twin cities area often. Housekeeping staff deserves credit as well. My son is a stickler for cleanliness and our rooms were clean top to bottom. Keep up the good work!!! This hotel is worth a stay!

Stopped and stayed here when driving from WA to WI. The room was so clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable after 15 hours driving in the car. The bathroom was so tidy as well. They let me check-in fairly late (around 11:30 pm). I loved the barn door style on the bathroom and the multiple full length mirrors. I don't think there were many guests in the hotel at the time so it was fairly quiet all night and in the morning.

Breakfast was great to grab and go and get back on the road. They even had complimentary "traveler to-go" brown bags with snacks and water in it the next morning at checkout so you could take those as well. So thoughtful and nice.

It was a little bit further off the highway than I expected but it was worth it based on the service and the price. The price as a non-Honors member (but with a government rate) was unbeatable for the area. I definitely saved it as a Google favorite place in case I need to stay there again on another road trip back to the west coast someday.

Overall impression is good, breakfast till 10 am but they worked hard to keep refilling, receptionist was friendly, clean interior & well maintained exterior. Bed is comfortable, although felt the room a bit dark to my liking (ground floor room) but people might like it better. Location is very convenient for shopping & restaurants/fast food.

Devon runs an excellent establishment. Was greeted by Zack at the front desk. Very friendly and professional. Great restaurant recommendations as well. Accidentally forgot my jacket that has great sentimental value. They boxed it up and sent it to my home.

This hotel was in a great location, near many restaurants and shopping if you need anything. It was safe, all the locks where in working order and decent lighting in the parking lot. It was clean. Sheets and bed were clean. Bathroom was clean. Getting a clean hotel is important to me. I would definitely stay here again.

Staff was fantastic. Food was excellent. Room and clean and comfortable. Wish there were more non-Tesla charge stations. Only one available and another customer was using it. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel.

This hotel was clean, well kept, and staffed by friendly people. The manager, Deven, was very accommodating to our hockey team. One of the best experiences at a hotel we have had. If we are in the Minneapolis area again, we will for sure stay here again.
