During the process, all your representatives proved time and time again that you were looking out for my best interest. However, I would like to give specific recognition to the install team leader and his assistant. They were incredible to work with. They took time to explain everything to me and left their work area cleaner than when they found it. I cannot say enough about these two gentlemen. I hope they some sort of praise for a job well done.

Our experience working with Endless Energy was excellent from start to finish. They just installed two heat pumps in a non-profit conservation building in Plymouth. Our sales rep, Nate M., was knowledgeable, thoughtful and really listened to our questions. He responded quickly to email and voice mail. Our building is older and had some quirky additions. I had confidence that Nate's recommended equipment would meet our needs.

The installation team, led by Ethan J., was outstanding. Ethan had to remove an old oil burner that was full of soot - a messy, messy job. They did an excellent job removing the old and installing two new heat pumps - one for a main building and a smaller one for the addition. What impressed me was Endless Energy's depth of staffing - we had 3 installers, 2 electricians, 3 managers (install, QC, & service) on-site reviewing the work in progress.

Because of the soot from the old burner, the techs left footprints on some of the carpet before they put down dropcloths. The install manager saw them and told me Endless would arrange for carpet cleaning. I even received a call from the COO saying she was aware of the soiled carpet and would have someone contact me to set up a cleaning.

When the job was done, QC manager Jeff T. spent over an hour walking us through the operation and maintenance for each heat pump, including tips on how to run them most efficiently. We are thrilled with the new systems. I would recommend Endless Energy to anyone interested in upgrading to a heat pump. They really have their act together.

Highly recommend the guys at Endless Energy - Mateus, James, Pablo, Brady, Jimmy and pretty much everyone else was at our house at some point during our job (whole house heat pumps including ducts). It was a big job with some complexities and they handled everything with care and professionalism. At one point there were six endless energy trucks in our driveway! They always checked with us at decision points and were meticulous about their work and cleaning up which I appreciated. The guys were very communicative, and also very kind to us and our kids. It’s clear they have strict internal protocols about process and procedure, checks and balances within the company and inspections which is great. Seems like a well run company. They were also quick to produce a competitive proposal and start work. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Endless energy was great from start to finish! The salesman that came out was very thorough and patient with all the explanations. The crew of Rob and Johnny were the BEST!! They explained everything as they went, greeted us every morning and told us when they were leaving. Their work was perfect and they were very clean and respectful of my house. They were also wonderful with my bulldog Alice!! I can't say enough about how happy i am with the work and this company!! Make sure to ask for the Rob and Johnny crew when you have work done, your won't be disappointed!

The employees of Endless Energy are always kind, punctual and knowledgeable. They are thorough in their inspection and good at communicating their needs to fully inspect the house. Their follow up is detailed and helpful in making decisions. The companies they work with to complete the jobs are also kind, punctual and knowledgeable and complete the work during the agreed upon timeline. The work is impeccable. We always use Endless Energy for the Home Energy Assessments that we are able to receive every two years. Endless Energy also has excellent customer service and it is easy to book an appointment that works with your schedule.

Endless Energy installed Combi boiler and HAVC system for me in April, I am very happy with their service, all the team members are very nice and professional. They showed up on time and do clean up before leaving. The price is reasonable. I will recommend them to my friends.

I contracted Endless Energy to install a new heat pump for my home as my old furnace finally died. The installation crew was phenomenal. They were friendly and professional. They were focused and completed the job ahead of schedule. When they finished the job they left my basement even cleaner than when they arrived. I HIGHLY recommend Endless Energy.

Jeff Tedford and his crew did an excellent job installing the mini split heat pumps at our house. The team was professional, courteous and always on time early in the morning. Jeff is the quality control and assurance lead and I worked with him for many weeks after the initial installation to troubleshoot some overheating issues on the upstairs indoor units. Jeff always responded immediately to my calls and he kept me informed of the technical details as he tirelessly worked with the manufacturer's technical support to fine tune the system. I endorse Jeff for his can-do attitude and his pursuit of excellence and quality work. I have referred Endless Energy to my friends and family because of the positive experience working with Jeff.

Today, Endless Energy installed a new hybrid heat pump water heater. The whole team was professional, considerate, communicative, and pleasant. I’d say friendly, even. Thanks to plumbers Zach and Caleb, and to electrician Mike. I’ll be using and recommending Endless Energy for plumbing, electrical, and energy system upgrades in the future.

Endless Energy installed four mini splits in my condo and did an *amazing* job all around.

The whole crew was great: installers Zack and Harrison, the electricians led by Matt, Dan who did the final walkthrough, and especially Tina, who led me through the planning and purchase.

The service was great. They started and finished when they said they would. The installation was efficient and clean. We had a slight miscue about location of one inside unit, but Zack fixed it quickly and well.

The price was very competitive with the other quotes I got. AND Tina helped me structure the purchase so I could claim maximum tax credits. She saved me $2000 right there.

I have already recommended Endless to everyone else in my condo association. I’d recommend them to everyone!

We did a lot of research and got several estimates before choosing Endless Energy for our new heat pumps and water heater. Meeting Brian from Endless Energy at a local sustainability fair really helped put this big project into perspective, and he took the lead on the heat loan process so even that was easier than it could have been. We had no trouble accessing the MassSave Heat Loan.

Installation had to be delayed due to illness in my household, and the schedulers were understanding and accommodating. When installation started a few weeks later, we could not have been in better hands. Ethan and CJ were an amazing team: they stayed in great communication with us, explained everything clearly, found creative solutions to challenges (our house is weird), and completed the job on time. They were also just terrific folks to have around the place for a week; they sure did smile a lot and they even made friends with our cats!

The water heater installation came next, and was a quicker job. Caleb and Zach did a great job and worked with the electricians, John and Mason, to set everything up.

Almost immediately after installation was complete, our oil furnace had to be turned off pending repair and our area got hit with weeks of extremely cold weather. This was a great test of the new system, and I'm delighted with how it works so far. I'm looking forward to continuing with Endless Energy on service and maintenance into the future.

I was very impressed with Endless Energy from start to finish. Nate came out and spent a lot of time with me planning and talking about the process. Then Nate and his assistant came out and spent another hour in more detailed inspection and planning. Shortly after that Mike and James came and worked diligently to get the job done. The communication was constant and detailed. They were extremely attentive and conscientious and I was especially impressed by Mike's knowledge and communication regarding complex duct work. I really can't say enough about the whole experience. And they even submitted the refund for me!! Highly highly recommend.

Endless Energy's team, led by project manager Ryan and, on-site, by Javan, did a great job insulation our attic and basement. They worked efficiently, neatly, patiently answered my questions, willingly took care of a few extra small in-scope tasks I requested, and did a great job with cleanup.

The process from beginning to end went very smoothly. The person who came out for the initial assessment was very knowledgeable and detail oriented. The crew assigned to the project was respectful, and completed the job in less than the quoted time. The discount we received from the Mass Save project was huge and we are glad that we completed this project.

My experience started with Alycia, a friendly rep who worked with me to schedule a home energy assessment with Paul. Paul came into our home and was friendly and thorough, and explained all of the upgrades that were available to make our home more energy efficient.

From there we made another appointment with an HVAC rep, Mike, who similarly to Paul, was great and thorough as well. We discussed all the options to upgrade our oil heating system to a heat pump, including multiple different packages, even walking me through the configurations that were possible for all the different kinds of units. We also discussed rebates and how they would be directly tied to our cost.

Over the past 3 days, the first of two major jobs has taken place.

An awesome team consisting of Matt, Robb, Hunter, Will (and many more) were great. It started with the team introducing themselves and Matt walking us through the process and what we should expect. They were very communicative throughout the process, very friendly and professional, respectful and clean (laying down tons of drop cloths and cleaning up after themselves) and the entire process for the project went very smoothly.

When they were done, Rob did a final walkthrough and showed us everything we need to know about the system and how it works and he and Will answered any questions before they finished.

In the end, we were left with a great new heating system and our house was left clean and tidy in the areas they worked in.

We still have the insulation team showing up in a couple weeks and I expect more of the same.

Absolutely a huge fan of Endless Energy and will reach out to them in the future when we need to make future upgrades.

These guys added insulation to our 4 bedroom attic in Framingham. Team leader Todd was very considerate and patient in addressing all our concerns during the 3 day job. Sales and management team Andy and Ryan also came out several times to address our concerns. A refreshingly professional team to work with compared to other contractors.

Thanks to the team from Endless Energy for the installation of our new heating/cooling system. The guys were friendly ,courteous, and professional. They checked in every day to let us know what they would be doing and answered all our questions. I would definitely recommend Endless Energy to anyone looking for this type of service.

Every single Endless Energy staff person was professional, communicative, and pleasant. The workers also wanted to make sure I was updated with every step they took and they did a wonderful job improving my energy plan.

The crew spent a week to install 4 LG wall units and a "pancake" with us in early March. It took a bit longer but the team was very professional and dedicated. We experienced some issues with the LG wall units over-heating or reading wrong indoor room temperature. The CEO/COO/chief QC were in direct contact with me and sent technician the next day to fix the issue. Very good company.
