Hot Topic

10/10 customer service. I had a fish with me (he was surrendered to me in the parking lot and i could not leave him in the car) and i asked if I could leave him at the front counter to avoid getting water on anything while I shopped. Immediately the girl working agreed and put him by the register with a note on the container. She even named him. She deserves a raise. (And if you're reading this, he is home and happy in his big tank now °u°)

Any time I have ever been to a hot topic they have the absolute nicest staff of any store I have been too and they are always super helpful, the ones here included.

I am always so impressed with the customer service received at the Fashion Place Hot Topic. We have been in here at least 10 times in the last 3 months as I have 2 daughters that love to look at EVERYTHING in the store. Every employee we have experienced is helpful, friendly and willing to help their customers. Even is the midst of holiday chaos, this place seems to provide the best overall customer service at Fashion Place (in our experience) and it truly makes for a positive shopping experience. I hope this location is recognized for such stellar service. Thank you!

I love my visit to this store every time. All the workers were so nice and helpful seeing if they could help with anything. Defs give them a reward for their energy they give to this job.

Always good to stop by. But, I wish they had more pajamas on clearance

The store was clean, the girl helping us with our return was super friendly and cool, and she made my return painless. I do prefer this location over South Jordan just because the store is bigger with more selection.

All of the employees are so kind, the store is super organized, and there’s always a wide selection of amazing items!

Every single employee here was so friendly and went above and beyond to help us. This is the best customer service Ive received! Love this store and its staff!

I wasn't comfortable, i was by myself & felt outta place. Next time I'll go with someone. I found things I haven't seen anywhere else. I've forgotten how much fun it is. Glad to see there's still people with a sense of humor. Employees were helpful. Nice atmosphere. I'll go back still more to see.

I came in two days ago to buy a set of rings that were $7.52 after tax. Well I only had 7.00 so Katie the beautiful nice lady that works there helped me out. It means so much to me she was extremely nice to me. Since I recently moved here, I'm definitely going to apply online for this job. I'd love to work with such amazing nice people. Thank you Katie and Hot Topic!! Only place I'll ever shop is Fashion Place from now on.

I love this store. I have been shopping here for years. They have such unique items, I especially like the jewelry! I like the pin and sticker selection too! The clothing does get a bit pricy they're specific clothes you won't find anywhere else. I love the huge Funko Pop wall in the back as well!

When I worked at this hot topic, a lot of the staff was a mess. It was very discouraging and part of why I quit. Now, it seems they have become more organized, and got rid of the riff raff. Nicole is one of my favorite people! Shes awesome, and always makes me feel right at home. I spend a lot of money in this store, for good reason. It's like a second home. :)
