We met with Paul and he help us plan and design a beautiful deck on the back of our home. He was friendly, professional and very helpful and answered all of our questions. When we had an accident with a car into our house, we called Mitchell since we knew he had a crew and would hopefully be able to fix it quickly. The Mitchell Restoration crew got us fixed in one day! They did a great job! My hubby prepainted all the shakes and in less than 8 hours, it was like it never happened!! When we needed a new deck we reached out to several companies. Some never got back to me, others got back to me with an off the cuff quote without even seeing what's involved. Paul from Mitchell Restoration got back to me promptly and within a day came out to see our old deck and take basic measurements. Within a week or so we had a formal proposal listing costs with some ranges. We decided to move forward with his plans. Paul had given us expectations that the job would move slowly (we started the process in early March). However things moved much faster than expected and we were able to use our deck by May (he promised June). I have to say, the crew under Paul worked like a well oiled machine - they didn't fool around and worked well together. It was clear they knew what they were doing. We also had them wrap exposed wood trim around our house, as well as new gutters. They found a few areas of minor water damage due to faulty flashing on the roof. They were able to fix/correct those issues with minimal additional expense.

Our last deck was not built to proper standards (even for back in the late 80's). We bought the house in 2005 and never really used it. So, having this awesome deck is like a vacation at home. We love it.

Paul and his crew are doing a fantastic job on my house. There was extensive rot on two of the front columns on my house, they tore off the old columns and rebuilt them. Many instances of cracked and splitting siding which were replaced, caulked, and painted. They are also repainting the entire house, and will be tearing out and replacing the deck.

Can't say enough about the attention to detail, and the absolutely great job that they are doing. They are very professional and very communicative as well. Explain everything they are doing and ask my opinion and approval on issues when they find them.

Mitchell Restoration completed a complete rebuild of our deck superstructure. Top tier materials were used and they provided design assistance including and extra wide stairway, fabrication of a custom privacy wall and custom PVC lattice and sliding door. They designed and installed a waterproof ceiling and gutter system that converted the underneath to a giant shed that is now dry and can be used year-round. The team was very responsive and we could not be more pleased with the final product - it is truly a top tier deck. Mitchell was a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend.

I had a damaged roof from a windy and rainy storm. Paul came right out when contacted, assessed the situation, quoted and openly communicated with insurance company and myself. The job was arranged to start on a Monday and was totally completed by Tuesday. Everyone worked very hard and Paul remained in touch throughout. The roof looks great. The yard was cleaned up. A great experience. Would recommend Mitchell Restoration to others.

Paul and his teams (he has terrific subs!) basically built a house and two barns for me in less than a year in the face of tight supply and labor markets. My small old house project turned into a complete gut/ rehab (27 dumpsters worth) , necessitating careful planning, logistics, and persistence on Paul’s part. And ongoing surprises in an old house often necessitated changes and creative solutions. Paul worked 24/7 to make it all happen, pulling every trade imaginable in. Very, very impressive performance! And after all of this, we are miraculously still friends. And… my house looks amazing!
