Syracuse Office Environments

Our office purchased 4 new workstations with sit-stand desks from Syracuse Office Environments (SOE) and we are very pleased with how well it fits our needs, how nice it looks, and the price was right too. We shopped around the different vendors and found SOE to be the most professional and easiest to work with. A huge shout out goes to their sales consultant / account manager, Joe De Santis who is a true professional. He was very responsive to all our questions and was prompt in providing us with a sketch, rendering, and quote. He offered helpful suggestions without being pushy and he kept us informed of the status of our order throughout the process. After the installation, which went smoothly and didn't take long at all, Joe made a personal visit to our office to make sure all was well and to answer any questions we might have. He made us feel like a valued customer - period. We are so glad we chose SOE. The service was top notch from the initial contact to the installation and follow through. We would highly recommend them for your office furniture needs.

I just saw these guys out driving around and it reminded me of how many job sites I would see their installation crew at. In a previous career I would see their crew installing on college campuses and business offices and they were the nicest guys on the job sites. They would get in, do their job and be on their way leaving the area cleaner than before they arrived! Keep it up SOE!

This is a sorely belated review. But we had a poor reaction to lost bid, from Joe DeSantis in 2018. It was my duty to let SOE know that we had went in a different direction for an office build out. Unfortunately Joe did not take this well and I can only say I wish to this very day I had recorded the conversation. At this point the recorded call would be comedy, but at the time it left me quite angry. I know that SOE isn't a bad company and I'm sure it wasn't Joe's best moment, but the fact that it is 2021 and I am writing this review way late, just reiterates the fact that sales people should always strive to stay professional. It's something I haven't forgot.

I purchased a brand-new standing desk from here. They sent me a broken one. It has been more than a month and they still have not fixed it. I do not recommend it.
