La Bendita

La Bendita is a great place to go and eat authentic mexican cuisine, all of their ingredients are as fresh and authentic as possible and it shows. The quality and taste is amazing, had one of their Tlayudas with Chorizo and Beef. Hands down the best tasting I've had here. And their unique pizza is great as well. Overall highly recommend this place!

Tacos are handmade with care. Guacamole is fresh - outstanding! The husband and wife who run this place are a lovely couple. No wonder the food is so good!

The elote corn, delicious. 🌮 Tacos fantastic. Horacha smooth. The Lamb, perfection. You can't go wrong going there, very authentic.

It's a very nice place and the food is authentic, very tasty, best birria tacos in Westfield I can say. Also prices are very low because the quality of the food is excellent.

First Time here . I live in town and I will come back many times, the food was very very good, the service was very good as well, I can't wait to go back and try other dishes . I had the Birra beef tacos , delicious ... My wife had the carne asada meal and she also loved it .
The only opportunity for improvement is to get an espresso machine .

The food and service was exceptional. The chef came out and asked us if everything was ok and explained the dish to us which was very cool and told us the spicy guacamole wings were new on the menu and asked us if we enjoyed it and of course we did very much.All the food came out and on time and hot. We will definitely be back again. Thank you guys! Great job!

I've tried out several different items on the menu, and I've liked everything. Their birria beef is really good. I've chosen it for empinadas, enchiladas, tacos, and quesadillas.
I haven't tried chicken in any items yet. There guacamole and chips is as good as I've had. Always fresh.
My only criticism is they do not have a red tomato salsa to go with the guacamole. They do have a green salsa and another type of salsa, but I only like red salsa.
But that's just my preference, I'm sure a lot of people enjoy the others.

Went for a valentines day dinner. I got the birria ramen and my boyfriend got the asada tacos. The tables were also given chips and salsa. The food was all very good. The place is small but comfortable and the tables are set with linen and a rose. We would definitely go back and recommend this place.

This is criminally underrated. This place easily on my top 5 Mexican food restaurants in NJ.

The service was great and the food was awesome. We talked with the owner and he's a pretty good person

The only downside is that it's very small local place for 5 parties max.

Btw, you gotta try the nachos

The food was marvelous! I had a wonderful time here highly suggested if in Westfield area . The worker will make you feel at home and take care of all your needs. Will definitely recommend you stop by and enjoy your experience!

Delicious! Went here last Sunday for my friends birthday, the food was very tasty and they had a lovely atmosphere, loved the paintings on the wall. Our waitress, Milvia, was so friendly and helpful, super recommended!!

Came here with the family and really enjoyed our dinner. We had a burrito and two types of enchiladas. Eveything was great but the enchiladas suizas were outstanding, which were also available as a vegetarian dish. Also, the prices felt like a good value for the food quality, portions, and since restaurants in downtown Westfield tend to be more expensive. This will definitely be one of our go to places in the future.

First time tring out this "Authentic" Mexican restaurant. Great food and service!!! I was not disappointed..

Had Birria tacos for the first time here and they were delicious! Ordered Take Out and it seems they give the same portion size as if you dined in (I have noticed sometimes you get less with take out but not here!) Food was packaged well, little bit of a wait for the take-out order but we were a large group and it was understandable. Will deff be coming back!

As a Mexican living in the US I can tell you this is the most authentic place for Mexican food and I’ve tried many restaurants in different states. Service is great! I hibiscus drink is my favorite

The Gauc and Tacos are TOP quality even when compared to California tacos. The Birria and pibil tacos are amazing… the guacachile and morita sauces on the side are exceptional and add a burst of spice and flavor 🔥.

With that said the fajitas are bland and would not get again.

This place shines with regard to authentic and flavorful tacos- stick to that and this pace definitely scratches the Mexican food itch you have with a big city quality that you can’t find in the suburbs.

La Bendita offers authentic Mexican comfort food. The service and the atmosphere are excellent. There are many reasons to come back and to even take out their delicious food.

The handmade tortillas are very authentic and I love that their special menu changes.

I got the pastor tacos and they were perfect! Definitely authentic taste and the tortillas tasted like they were made from scratch. I'll definitely be coming back to try the rest of the menu, everything looked amazing. And it's BYOB! Liquor store right across the street so you can grab a bottle of wine while you're here and you're good to go!
