Knuckles Incorporated

First time here and I have to say it's very difficult for me to give 5 stars on a review but hands down Knuckles Incorporated got it! This place hands down is a winner in food decor as well as staff. I know there have been a few complaints in some of the reviews but my experience here was nothing less than perfect. Run don't walk and get the best burger in North Rockland. Karen and Rich made our dining experience nothing less than fantastic, make sure to add this to your list of restaurants to try cuz you will be coming back for more.

I'm giving it five stars for the food but the rest wasn't bad either. I worked late Friday so I picked up a "Lighthouse" (brisket, 2 cheese, bacon) after work with the intention of sharing it with my son. It's a 20 minute ride to my house from there and the smell was soooo enticing. I popped open that bad boy and took a bite, but couldn't stop there. It was delicious. Is it possible to have an affair with a sandwich? Well I guess so, by time I got home I had to make him dinner. Not the plan for a Friday night but I was in a great mood doing it. Next time I will pick up two. Thank goodness they have on-line ordering it will make it easy to pick up.
Now for the aesthetics. It is a very creatively decorated friendly biker bar potentially. I don't know for sure cuz it was raining last night. Looks like a lot of families came in friendly environment so they're like Cheers where everyone knows your name. The bathrooms are so well done, clean and nicely put together. Amazing crazy that I'm pointing out the bathrooms but you know if the bathrooms aren't right then you're worried about what's going on in the kitchen.

Amazing food and staff. Have amazing outdoor experience. Have new amazing rolled iced cream! Have nice kid play area in the back. Make sure to check this outstanding establishment!

"It's a little Jem in the middle of no where"

Went there late in the evening for the first time. My friend said it reminds her of a typical local, friendly restaurant in Ithaca that's chalkboard wall on the side that people can leave art on. The server was lovely and the menu is simple. The price for the food is fair price (in a good way). the milkshakes is an amazing price right and DELICIOUS( I had the strawberry). Their mac and cheese is also very good and has a nice portion and comes out really really hot and fresh and cheesy (on a cast iron skillet). I enjoyed my knuckle Burger and it came with thin hand-cut fries. My friend enjoyed. My friend enjoyed her knuckle sandwich and the presentation had a nice touch. It was wrapped in a parchment paper cut in half. The food was great and I definitely recommend the milkshake.

If you live in in North Rockland area and you want a causal, cool place to dine with friends /an ideal first date/you're looking place to eat without going to through the Clarkstown-Ramapo area you, will love this place.

Our first time here. Awesome! Great service and vibe, slamin sandwhiches, hot dogs and Mac n Cheese. Their outdoor patio is great with cornhole on a ''beach'. We will be back!

Ken the owner is a great man and his staff treated us like family the entire time. The food and drinks were amazing and the food challenge is a fun twist compared to a typical food menu.

Lucked out and showed up on wing night finished it off with a delicious burger love the place excellent service will be back

Great food and great service. Glad there is something else in north rockland other than chinese, italian, or bar food. Lighthouse sandwich is definitely on my top 10.

The food is delicious, the decor is great but the music is the best! The only draw back is that the chairs are really small.
