Very rustic appearance with quaint atmosphere. Service was very friendly
Our meals came out timed perfect from soup to main course. The soups and sauces were amazing the plating was excellent. The main course was delicious and perfectly cooked

We had an excellent steak dinner. Everything was good. The server was professional and helpful. The atmosphere is like an early American Pub: cozy and well-maintained. There is an excellent selection of drinks. We weren't rushed even though we arrived near closing time. The meal was well worth the price.

My organization recently used The Century House for a social event for about ~80 people. We were given about 10 days notice to plan the event. Marge at The Century House was extremely responsive and available to answer questions and help customize the group package to fit our needs. It was so easy to work with her and she really accommodated the time crunch we were under. The event itself was beautiful. The room was set up to meet our needs. The appetizers were delicious, the food was beautifully displayed, and every one loved the hors d'oeuvres. We had 2 stations; build your own macaroni and cheese and a pulled meat station. The quality of the food was fantastic. The servers were fast and friendly. The bar tender was very quick and accommodating. I highly recommend them for events, we will be back!

Restaurant offers a great selection of excellent food, love their steaks! I was also very impressed with staff' courtesy, reasonable prices, and private banquet event facilities. The large restaurant dining hall is a little busy n noisy in the winter, look forward to checking their outdoors venue out in the summer. Highly recommend.

Absolutely perfect! We really enjoyed our stay and whole experience as the staff were all super friendly and easy going! We made some really awesome new friends and will be back again! Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay as far as the hotel goes and the food at the restaurant and the atmosphere at the bar area was superb! The bartender and his wife were some of the best we have ever seen, serving multiple tables and full bar all with a smile on their faces and they actually took the time to get to know everyone and share stories and laughs! Awesome job to all of the staff at the Century House!! The location is super close to Saratoga/ SPAC without the high end Saratoga pricing, but trust me the grounds, pool area, inside and outside of hotel were spotless and everything was super clean. The full breakfast was the icing on the cake and the weddings were abundant, filling the air with love and happiness throughout the whole building, couldn’t say more good things about our stay!

Always great service and great tasting meals. Love the atmosphere, beautifully decorated. Service was 110% and dinner and appetizers came out without delay. This restaurant has many happy memories for the capital district residents.....weddings, holiday buffets, family celebrations. A very classy place.

Hotel was super clean and nice for the price and top notch food at the restaurant. We met so many cool people including the staff that made our stay so great! We went to Dave Matthews at SPAC the first night and for the 2nd night of the show we ended up gifting our tickets to someone there and staying as we enjoyed the atmosphere at the century house bar more then a concert we waiting 2 years to see! They also had great recommendations of places to see around the area and we ended up tumbling upon some awesome scenic waterfalls along our journey and a very interesting outdoor flea market. Absolutely awesome time at the bar and restaurant area and hotel was very nice. We will be back!! Get ready for some drinks 🍺

Hands down the best New England Clam Chowder I've ever had! The serf and terf was absolutely amazing as well! Our wait staff was very good. I never had to look for him to get something. He was right ontop of it!
Gluten Free was not an issue. We were ensured glove change and proper station cleaning to prevent cross contamination. My wife had zero issues.
The pricing was on point for what they have. Not over priced, but not cheap. You're getting excellent food, excellent service at a fair price! That killer combo will have us coming back for more!

We did a seminar here. The room was set up perfectly. People enjoyed the event. The service was absolutely fantastic. Definitely a perfect place for clients and prospective clients.

Century House is more than a destination for great meals and events..it's a great place to stay. Great accommodations, caring staff and breakfast too. We will be back.

Exceptional service and food. Mary is outstanding, just a pleasure to have as a joyful part of eating at the century house. She actually introduced me to amazing new entries on Century House menu. Love them!! Photos are attached.

Always a good experience. I attend banquets there a number of times a year. The staff is professional and courteous. Food is good.

Wow! Best prime rib I've ever had. Lobster tail was tender and sweet. Mashed potatoes, veggies, salad were fresh. Shrimp cocktails were tasty and the sauce was delicious. Seafood Fra Diabolo had a nice bite(sauce), glasses of wine were abundant. Our server Steve was attentive and thorough. A delightful evening as we celebrated Valentine's day ❤

Great staff especially CLAUDIA our waitress she is above and beyond and attends to your needs with a big smile. And there is this gorgeous waitstaff named Sean who is also amazing and attentive. What a great place because if the staff.

The best filet mignon I've ever had. The quality of the food is absolute and the service is great. You will find yourself with cozy and romantic atmosphere for the reasonable price.

We have spent Thanksgiving with the lovely people of The Century House many times and this year was wonderful. The staff is so warm and inviting. The food is delicious and the atmosphere is perfect. My Uncle had his beautiful wedding here decades ago, so The Century House will forever be a special place for us. I highly recommend.

The Century House had it all! Decor of a charming Colonial inn complete with fireplace, amazing food and an on-the-spot staff that attended to every need. I’d definitely recommend them!
