Bryan at Kittelberger Galleries is wonderful! He KNOWS his trade and his knowledge and breadth of experience has allowed us to receive the the most profitable return on our collections. We have been “repeat customers” as he conducted a large-scale estate sale for us and has appraised numerous items as well as silver and coins. After receiving other quotes, Bryan was by far the most knowledgeable and offered the best return. He often amazes us with his understanding of history, markets and value. Should look at pieces more closely. Glass was taped together. Owner wrapped it with bubble wrap. Cold tell

The man doesn't even have a place of business. He rents shelves in an antique store. He ripped paper on 2 of 150 items (which I had already priced out online) and proceeded to call it junk. Was trying to short change me for a 100 year old saw calling it "cute". I told him i came for his so called appraisal and offer. He said he only wanted certain things because what he saw was "the wrong vintage".. keep in mind they're almost all antiques. When I told him there was a 25 year difference between vintage and antique he said "sorry for my shortcomings".. WHAT???
Then backpedaled when I told him about the 200 year old jewelry after he asked if I had any silver. I told him not a chance after he insulted me to another person calling my great grandmother's CLEAN antiques, "junk".

You can tell he's a swindler. Pulled up in a beat up mini van. Total sheister attitude trying to downtalk and swindle what he wants away from you. I'd rather throw my stuff out than support poor business like his. Look elsewhere. Open an eBay store. But whatever you do, steer clear. My review history is solid.
