I have gotten better service than Home Depot looking for a new dryer with my mum and grandma. Keep up the great work Best Buy employees! Thank you for putting customers first than money.

There is a lot more to see and choose from than other Best Buys in the area. We bought a dishwasher, and the process was extremely quick. The salesperson was very knowledgeable and pleasant. Would 100% return.

Went to get a new carpet power cleaner(which I highly recommend). I had a 5-year insurance swapped out and had to buy new insurance on the new one. It deep cleans very well. Has great features, including one that helps dry the carpet.

Bought a Wolfbox G900 with hardwire kit on Amazon and needed to install it professionally. Called this store location in Green Acres Mall and made an appointment, that worked for me, with Best Buy tech to install both front and rear camera. It has been some time since the installation and am honestly still impressed with the service provided. They handled my car with care and took the time to explain or answer any questions I had before letting me drive away.

Great customer service, ordered my new phone and BB emailed and sent text when phone was ready for pick up.

I just want to give a huge shout out to Bri, who gave me the best customer service possible and went beyond the bare minimum to help me with my purchase while on an usual (busy) Black Friday. Couldn't of went any better!

I love my 2nd pair of thy 2nd generation airpod reason why I have brought a second pair is because I loaned my first one to my son because he misplaced his and I needed one in the meantime for when I go to the gym and especially to make and answer calls in which I haven't been able to do. So I just went ahead and got me my second pair especially because they were on sale which was even better. I love them the quality, sound just about them period oh, and last but not least the price.🥰💖💜🙌👍

Nice and clean went to pickup a radio for my car that I had order and they installed
