Landmark Health

Landmark is really good to have available when you need it. A month ago I came out of the hospital with broken ribs, and a damaged shoulder. Landmark kept me fed for a month, while I healed up. Their social workers and visiting nurses are excellent. I was looking into other advantage plans, they offered to pay me monthly etc. but I would lose Landmark. So, I told them "no thanks". Keeping Landmark is a much better deal! 5 stars!

The PA that comes to my house is a very caring, attentive and very professional individual. I have always received excellent advice from her. And she clearly keeps track of my health records and status. I find it quite an honor to receive her in my home for her visits, and sure enough, I always have plenty of questions for her, which she patiently answers. Great experience!!!

Wow!! I have been very impressed by the level of service. My Primary care doc suggested I go to ER for a test on a Friday afternoon. I called Landmark and Dr Yoo came to my house to do exam and draw blood, which he drove to a lab that was still open. Wow!🤩

Another great meeting with my N.P.,as always respectful, courteous and very knowledgeable. Glad to have this service. Always feel better after the session is done.

I've had very helpful and knowledgeable experience with Landmark representatives. I have other medical advisors but they aren't available on Sundays or late evenings as Landmark personnel are--just when I've needed them. I highly recommend them.

Landmark Health home visits are provided by my Medicare Advantage plan as an adjunct to my primary health care. Anytime I would call urgent care, I contact them first and they come right to the house! Regular check-ins for vital signs and wellness checks. I have chronic health conditions and am glad to have this extra layer of house calls at my disposal.

Whenever I have called, everyone is so nice and very helpful. My message is relayed to a nurse, who is quick to get back to me. If the nurse visits me, she is always very thorough and someone always calls and checks up a few days later to make sure I'm okay.
