Avery Arzu - State Farm Insurance Agent

I went to DMV in the same building and forgot to bring one document. The lady at State Farm was very kind and allowed me to use their wifi and printer. I was able to print it within 3 minutes so that I could continue with my application at DMV. Otherwise I would have to reschedule a visit and it will be in 3 months. Many many many thanks!!!

awesome experience since have been coming into office with dad since I was 12 years old and now I work here part time for the past few months while i'm going to school..... in the inner workings of the office it can be very busy which is a good sign but all the reps try to help everyone they can all the time... I have seen office rep, dinora, go out of her way for everyone; office rep, maryanne, even gives out her cell phone # in case clients need quick contacts and has even responded to a client at 3 a.m.; office rep, geoconda will greet you with a smile and years of experience. Agent Avery Arzu is special...He makes time and concern for everyone....Come by and experience us. of course I cannot make a comment on myself but I hope you will tell me as i'm learning that I'm doing good (LOL). thank you for your time....!!!

Have been a satisfied customer for 30 years now. Avery and his staff have been responsive to claim and policy questions, and pricing has been both competitive and reasonable. Office can be a bit crazy with last-minute DMV related walk-in business, but Avery and his staff have always been available and helpful with any claim-related business and concerns.
As with all financial services, being prepared and understanding you options is the best way to assure you are getting the best value for your money.

This office is A MESS. Avoid them at all costs. They rarely answer the phone and are not helpful when they do. They made a ton of mistakes on my policy and way over-charged me. It's not worth the hassle.

Don’t be fooled! They have a “community printer” but, the women in there was so nasty might as well not even have the printer. I walked in after having the absolute worst day of my life and needed to print something. I walked in and said hi and she said “are you using the printer?” I said yes and she told me she is NOT helping me and to read the directions. I didn’t know it was free, I was willing to pay, I even said that. She told me to use my eyes and read the directions. I actually have State Farm as my insurance and I just moved here, I guess I’ll be driving back to Carmel and using Bryan Zaremba, because no matter what he always helps me and is so so helpful.

Terrible service, unprofessional and completely clueless. Maryanne is a waste of time. State farm is a wonderful company, but these agents need to be trained. If I could 0 stars I would.

Don't waste your time going here. Useless place with clueless people!. they tell you that can be done online, so what's the point of having an agent? then.....
